Que estaba relativamente cerca del estadio. Ahh y la atención que recibí de una sola empleada que hablaba castellano, fue muy amable.

A ver, fuimos a la final del mundial, si bien sabemos que todo es más caro, pagar 1700 por noche por habitación me pareció un disparate. A lo largo de mi vida me he alojado en buenos hotel como el Ritz, pero hasta ahora no había pagado esto. Puedo entender lo del mundial, lo de la nave de la nasa o lo que pase. Pero este hotel es un hotel de paso, como mucho pagaría 600- En todo momento teníamos que tener los zapatos puestos, la alfombra estaba toda pegajosa .

Terrible stay experience. Poor internal communication between front desk staff led to the same issue every single morning: I kept receiving calls at 11 a.m. reminding me that my checkout time was due. I stayed here from July 17 to 21, and this disruption robbed me of sleep day after day.

When I brought this matter up to the manager, he handled the situation with very little patience. No compensation was offered to me as a guest, nor was any corrective action taken against the staff. He simply tried to sweep the problem under the rug. The manager is extremely unprofessional, and I will never book this hotel again.

estuvimos comodos y nos gusto mucho la atencion del personal.

nos sentimos muy comodos, la atencion en frontdesk fue calida, amable y prestos para resolver alguna duda. Acondicionaron el ambiente para la celebracion futbolera. Estuvo bien pensado

Pros:

We chose this hotel bc it was walking distance to the metlife stadium and it was the best decision ever! Also, it saved us so much money on Ubers & thx to the free breakfast.
