Pros:

Довольно большой и комфортный номер с хорошей шумоизоляцией и частичным видом на Босфор. В номере было всё необходимое для удобного проживания.
В отеле есть открытый и крытый бассейны. Особенно понравился открытый бассейн: вокруг него уютная территория для отдыха, а сам бассейн достаточно просторный и имеет глубокую часть, где можно хорошо поплавать и понырять.
Также в отеле работает хороший фитнес-центр с сауной и хаммамом. Мы с удовольствием позанимались и попарились.
Завтраки достаточно разнообразные, с хорошим выбором блюд и напитков. Несмотря на некоторые недостатки самого помещения, широкий ассортимент еды отчасти их компенсировал.
Расположение удобно для знакомства с районом Бешикташ. Примерно за 10–15 минут пешком можно дойти до оживлённых торговых улиц и района Beşiktaş Çarşı, где много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. До Бешикташа, Кабаташа и Таксима также удобно добираться на такси — обычно поездка занимает около 10–15 минут, если нет серьёзных пробок.
Для тех, кто занимается бегом, рядом есть интересный маршрут через парк Йылдыз. Я пробегал около 4,5–5 километров: от отеля маршрут сначала идёт с заметным набором высоты, затем проходит через зелёный и живописный парк Йылдыз и спускается к Çırağan Caddesi в районе ресторана Feriye. Получается красивая и достаточно интенсивная тренировка для подготовленного бегуна.

Cons:

Крытый бассейн нам не понравился. Он относительно небольшой и неглубокий, вода показалась холодной. В помещении нет естественного света и окон, освещение тусклое, поэтому находиться там не очень уютно.
Нужно учитывать, что детям младше 16 лет нельзя посещать фитнес-центр. Я путешествовал с десятилетним сыном, и его туда не пустили. Для семей с детьми это может быть существенным ограничением.
Хотя выбор блюд на завтраке довольно широкий, само помещение ресторана организовано не лучшим образом. В нём нет окон и красивого вида, столики расположены достаточно плотно, а некоторые проходы между ними узкие. В часы пик появляется много гостей, возникают небольшие заторы и ощущение тесноты.
В эту же поездку мы останавливались в Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus и Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamış Marina Hotel. По сравнению с ними пространство для завтраков в Conrad показалось менее живописным и менее комфортно организованным.
Кофе на завтраке был слабым и невкусным, что, к сожалению, довольно часто встречалось нам в турецких отелях.
Отель расположен на возвышенности. Это создаёт красивые виды, но практически любые пешие маршруты предполагают подъёмы и спуски. Беговой маршрут через парк Йылдыз получился интересным, однако в начале и перед возвращением в отель встречаются достаточно крутые подъёмы. Для спокойной восстановительной пробежки или неподготовленного человека такая местность может оказаться тяжёлой.
До площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль пешком идти примерно 45–50 минут, поэтому для регулярных поездок в туристический центр удобнее пользоваться такси.
