Pros:

They are really very helpful, thanks to them. I forgot my passport at the hotel, and they sent it directly to the airport through a taxi driver. I really appreciate their help. Also, we complained about the smoking smell in the room, and they changed the room directly. The staff are very helpful, thanks to them.

Cons:

The check-in process at the reception needs to be enhanced. The staff's personality and their way of dealing with us were not professional.

-Breakfast restaurant chaotic and noisy. Had to queue two mornings to get a table
- Bathrobe, towels and bed linen old and worn, in need of replacement
-Housekeeping needs to be more attentive to details
- Dinner first night at Manzara restaurant: food had no taste, unfriendly staff wearing dirty and torn uniforms
- Foul smell walking from the gym to the outdoor pool
- Sad that some staff of the hotel ask you to write a positive comment about them when they have not offered any service or offered a service that does not deserve a good comment. Not a 5 * hotel attitude
