Pros:

airport shuttle was a very helpful service. the team was very accommodating with trips I needed. Handy having Avis car hire on site - but be aware you need your booking in 24hrs prior to needing the car

would have been good to have different types of bagels available

We were here for the BTS concert. I am glad I pick this hotel. Check in was great.

Cons:

My room 223 had bad smell and the AC buttons were broken. Couldn't tell if it was on the fan mode or AC mode . Had to play with it a few times to get it to AC mode.
