The worst experience you will ever find
Cons:

My experience at the Italian restaurant at Concorde El Salam was humiliating and deeply disappointing. I left feeling that I had been treated differently because of my race. No guest should ever be made to feel this way.

Over the past three years, I have written more than 63 reviews about this hotel, sharing how much I enjoyed its facilities. That makes this experience especially upsetting.

The food was undercooked, and crackers were served in a drinking-water glass. Service also felt unequal: some guests received complimentary bread and more attentive treatment, leaving me with the impression that hospitality depended on how much staff expected them to tip.

This restaurant falls far below the standards I had come to expect from the hotel. Respectful service should be extended to every guest.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Pros:

Cleanliness was OK, staff were nice.

Cons:

Room had a smell. The AC was very noisy and the vent direction wasn't adjustable. The shower door was missing. The air freshner they use in the lobby is intense. Main Power plug next to ned does not work.

I would be happy to stay there again and will recommend it
Pros:

The ambience was really decent. I also liked the Seven bar

Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were big. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Humiliation be careful from it

كانت تجربتي في المطعم الإيطالي بفندق كونكورد السلام مهينة ومخيبة للآمال بشدة. خرجت من المكان وأنا أشعر بأنني تعرضت لمعاملة تمييزية بسبب عرقي ، شكلي او لبسي، وهو شعور لا ينبغي أن يمر به أي ضيف.

على مدار السنوات الثلاث الماضية، كتبت أكثر من 63 تقييمًا لهذا الفندق، عبّرت فيها عن سعادتي بمرافقه وخدماته. لذلك، كانت خيبة أملي هذه المرة كبيرة ومؤلمة.

الطعام لم يكن مطهوًا جيدًا، وقُدّمت المقرمشات في كوب مخصص لشرب الماء. كما شعرت بتفاوت واضح في الخدمة؛ فبعض الضيوف حصلوا على خبز مجاني واهتمام أكبر، مما ترك لديّ انطباعًا بأن مستوى الضيافة مرتبط بما يتوقعه العاملون من إكراميات.

هذه التجربة لا تليق باسم الفندق ولا بالمستوى الذي اعتدته منه. الاحترام وحسن المعاملة حق لكل ضيف، ويجب ألا يتوقفا على أصله أو الإكرامية المتوقعة منه.

لو كان بإمكاني إعطاء تقييم أقل من نجمة واحدة لفعلت. بناءً على تجربتي، لا أنصح بهذا المطعم إطلاقًا.
