Disappointing Customer Experience
Pros:

Well maintained property and decent location

Cons:

Extremely disappointing customer experience especially with reservation desk staff. Despite a genuine urgent family situation and Booking.com waiving their commission to facilitate a refund for the unused nights, the hotel rigidly refused any reasonable accommodation or partial refund.
