Mijn verblijf in het hotel Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo was werkelijk uitstekend. Vanaf het moment van aankomst werd ik hartelijk ontvangen door het vriendelijke en professionele personeel. De service was gedurende mijn hele verblijf van een uitzonderlijk hoog niveau.
De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en comfortabel ingericht. Alles werd dagelijks perfect onderhouden en de hygiëne in het hele hotel is indrukwekkend. Het bed sliep heerlijk en zorgde voor een goede nachtrust na een drukke dag in Caïro.
Het hotel ligt op een gunstige locatie in Heliopolis, dicht bij de luchthaven, waardoor aankomst en vertrek zeer gemakkelijk zijn. Daarnaast beschikt het hotel over prachtige tuinen, zwembaden, sportfaciliteiten en meerdere restaurants, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. Wat mij vooral is bijgebleven, is de warme gastvrijheid van alle medewerkers. Iedereen was behulpzaam, beleefd en altijd bereid om extra ondersteuning te bieden. Hierdoor voelde ik mij echt gewaardeerd als gast.
Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan zowel zakenreizigers als vakantiegangers. De combinatie van luxe, comfort, uitstekende service, mooie faciliteiten en een gunstige ligging maakt dit één van de beste hotels waar ik ooit heb verbleven in Egypte.
Bedankt aan het hele team van Concorde El Salam Hotel Cairo voor de geweldige ervaring. Ik kijk er nu al naar uit om hier in de toekomst opnieuw te verblijven.
