Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach super. Parkservice funktionierte ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Hotel ist mit der Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, aber es wird alles sehr gut gepflegt. Die Fenster sind doppelverglast und lassen kaum Lärm rein.

Cons:

Was bei den Fenstern gut war, ist im Hotel nicht so toll. Die Türen sind sehr hellhörig und so hört man sehr viel, auch wenn z.B. der Nachbar telefoniert. Das Frühstück war für unsere Verhältnisse unterer durchschnitt.

Pros:

A cama é muito confortável, o quarto é espaço e o chuveiro é bem quente. O hotel possui excelente café da manhã, piscina aquecida, hidromassagem, academia bem equipada e salas de conferência.

Cons:

O rejunte do banheiro nunca viu um x14 na vida. O produto utilizado para lavagem das toalhas e roupas de cama tem cheiro muito forte, cheiro de produto de limpeza de banheiro de rodoviária. A camareira e a equipe do café da manhã foram incríveis, mas do restaurante e da recepção foram bem grosseiros. Atenderam a todas as solicitações que fiz mas sempre de maneira ríspida. Os problemas começaram já no check in por falta de conhecimento da recepcionista, que inclusive não ofereceu a opção de parcelar a estadia (mencionada na reserva do hotel). A localização do hotel é central, fica ao lado de um terminal de onibus, tem muitos moradores de rua ao redor. A estrutura do hotel é bem confortável, mas considerando todo o conjunto, não pretendo voltar.
