Localização central é boa perto dos pontos importantes e centrais de POA.
- funcionários resolvem rápido eventuais dificuldades rapidamente.
- Hotel bem decorado com obras no sagão e corredores.
- Restaurante embora seja terceirizado a comida é muito boa e garçons bem simpáticos.
- o hotel é antigo, bem limpo e tudo bem cuidado.
- Colchão confortável.

Cons:

-Estacionamento pago à parte, e os valores pesam no orçamento diário ao fim da estadia.
- hotel é grande e anexado a outro prédio, o complexo original é de carpete, mas deu certo me acomodaram no anexo que possui piso frio. (Resolveram).

Revejam a questão do ar condicionado ou expliquem na recpção.

Café da manhã compatível com a qualidade do hotel, serviço de estacionamento embora terceirizado muito bom e eficiente , ponto positivo.

Cons:

A piscina não estava numa temperatura agradável e o ar condicionado do quarto, após uma reclamação, foi informado que era central e não possui regulagem de temperatura, isso causou muito desconforto para dormir.
