Geweldig mooi hotel, fantastisch ontbijt, lekker zwembad, fijn personeel en goede services. Ook hebben wij gebruik gemaakt van een diner in het restaurant en dit was ook van hoog niveau.
Niets, wij vonden het geweldig. In andere reviews lazen we over dat het ver van het centrum is, maar dat is prima te overbruggen met goedkope bus, tram of stadsfietsen. Ook lazen we over de situatie bij het zwembad en dat gasten handdoekjes leggen en plaatsen zo proberen te blokkeren. Dit kunnen we bevestigen, maar het hotel is echt actief bezig om dit te voorkomen. De reactie hierop van gasten die de regels overtreden, is echt beschamend. Gasten zouden eens in de spiegel naar hun eigen gedrag moeten kijken.
Stunning hotel, particularly the pool area and comfortable bed. We loved the hats provided to be able to wear around the pool as well as the lovely bath robes. It felt like a treat to be there. Reception staff were amazing too. Will definitely return!
Service in the bar could be slow - we actually sat and waited one evening to order a drink and ended up leaving instead as we waited so long. Free drink voucher was a nice touch but a shame it didn’t include cocktails.

Struttura elegante e accogliente. Camera pulita e colazione strepitosa. Anche le portate proposte nelle varie aree (ristorante, pool e bar) sono risultate deliziose
Staff were wonderful. My husband and my daughter's birthday celebration present was a wonderful surprise. Thank you. the rooms were comfortable and the upgrade space to join us was very handy.

Great hotel, pool was lovely and the bar staff at the pool were great! Super pretty hotel and about a 20min walk from the main centre.
The staff in the dining area were okay, they left us standing there and we had no idea where breakfast was located, so we never ate breakfast at the hotel.
De ontvangst was geweldig. Voor Juan, die ons onthaalde, was geen moeite teveel, altijd met een brede glimlach. Alles aan het hotel straalt luxe en warmte uit. De barista aan het ontbijt was een meerwaarde en het ontbijt zelf was zo uitgebreid dat we jammer genoeg niet alles hebben kunnen proeven. Misschien is een extra koeling voor de kazen en charcuterie nog een optie?
De enige opmerking die ik kan maken, is de ruimte rond het zwembad. Hoewel het uiteindelijk altijd lukte om stoelen te bemachtigen, kostte het toch heel wat tijd. De aanmelding op de wachtlijst werkt wel goed. Maar het blijft natuurlijk een stadshotel. Je kan daar geen enorm zwembad en evenveel ligstoelen als het aantal gasten verwachten. Ligt iets verder van het centrum maar met de taxi (die je over het hotel vindt) ben je er heel snel. Te voet gaat ook, maar dan ben je wel even onderweg.

A bit far from the tourist attractions, but very close to the train station, that’s also the reason I picked it.
