Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstück wird man mit Namen begrüsst und am ersten Tag wird einem alles erklärt. Das erwarte ich genau von einem guten Hotel.
Sauberkeit super. Alles verströmt Eleganz und Luxus. Die Zimmer sind schön und in guter Grösse. Bad ist grosszügig.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Wir hätten ein grosses, durchgängiges Doppelbett gewünscht. Zwei aneinandergeschobene Betten neigen immer dazu, auseinanderzugehen.

非常漂亮，床品舒适但服务令人遗憾
Pros:

床垫！非常！极其！舒服！躺进去感觉陷进去了，很软但是承托力好，不会让人腰酸，整个旅游行程最满意这张床！大概是记忆棉的材质？非常喜欢，忍不住一直夸。酒店非常高档和漂亮，装潢很有设计感，有游泳池，地理位置优越，机场快线就在马路对面，街区安静，超市购物非常方便。

Cons:

整体不错，一些细节让人不太舒适，例如入住时后台出错查不到订单，验证时把我们晾在旁边等了很久。已经提前在booking上支付了房费但是前台现场索要信用卡cvv码，也许是用作担保，可以理解但是让人担心，毕竟在平台输入和个人索要感官上完全不同；酒店餐厅座位比较紧凑，当我们询问餐位到一半时工作人员直接转头回答其他顾客的提问，将我们搁在一边等他们聊完等等…在半个月的欧洲旅游行程中，这家酒店的服务是唯一让我们感觉没有达到对应星级水准的。

Pros:

J'ai dit que c'était mon anniversaire et ils m'ont offert gentiment un gâteau (délicieux) et une bouteille (étant seule je ne l'ai pas ouvert) c'est propre les lits sont super confort la chromecast fonctionne bien (même si c'est une galère à comprendre)
le restaurant est bon (manque de choix cependant) le déjeuner est EXCEPTIONNEL il y en a pour tous les goûts les machines à café situées un peu partout nous évite la queue l'établissement est très bien desservie (bus, tram, taxis à proximité) personnel très aimable si vous galèrez avec l'espagnol ou l'anglais l'employé roux parle très bien français

Cons:

Manque d'informations en arrivant (je pense aussi qu'ils étaient débordés les pauvres) j'ai du redescendre pour demander les codes wifi et les info pour les horaires piscine et petit déjeuner (il faudrait une plaquette dans les chambres) j'ai eu la chambre pour personnes handicapés donc j'ai foutu de l'eau partout dans la douche, pas de place sur l'évier et pas de kit dentifrice je n'ai pas pu testé la piscine (beaucoup trop de monde ) et les ascenseurs sont un cauchemar....on a failli rester coincés

Top notch hotel. Very close to train station 👍
Pros:

Everything top notch looking hotel. Only there 7 hours has had to catch a cruise ship in the morning but the standard was 1st class. I'll go back to Seville just to stay here
