El bufett del desayuno.....muy completo y todo muy bueno....instalaciones muy bien mantenidas ,muy cuidadas y el personal excelente....superamable...la habitación muy amplia..

Pros:

Gostei muito deste hotel. Escolhi precisamente por ter um grande jardim e espaço para o meu filho brincar caso o tempo não tivesse tão favorável para a piscina. A piscina era muito boa e tinha casa de banho perto, o que dava muito jeito. Fui atendida por um recepcionista (um rapaz novo, mas não sei o nome) logo no primeiro dia muito simpático e prestável, mas todos os outros funcionários também eram simpáticos.
O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Tínhamos um bolinho de boas vindas a chegada, o que foi muito simpático da parte do hotel.
O pequeno almoço era muito bom e bastante variado.
Relativamente perto do Mercadona e de alguns restaurantes.
Fica um pouco afastado do centro, é necessário utilizar carro para deslocação, mas já sabia e preferi este hotel por isso ter mais espaço exterior.

Cons:

O restaurante do hotel só abria a cozinha às 20h30 o que se tornava um pouco tarde com uma criança e para quem queria ir sair depois do jantar para passear.

Hotel en la falda de la sierra.
Pros:

Desayuno a mi gusto, cafe con tostadas, aceite de oliva y diversos complementos. También, había algo de pastelería. Salón acogedor.

Cons:

Los ascensores un poco caducos.

Pool and gardens very nice , lots of grass and sunbeds all round with mature trees for shade if you wanted.

Cons:

When coming back to the room there was always a weird smell both in the room and corridor, only 1 of the 2 lifts worked and the 1 that did needed a full service as it creaked and moaned it's way up after a loud bang about 5 seconds from starting. Stairs were the safer and quicker option but watch out for the cracked floor tiles.

MALA GESTIÓN DEL APARCAMIENTO PARA HUÉSPEDES

Me gustó la amplitud de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama, así como el entorno que engloba al hotel.

Cons:

Decepcionante la gestión del hotel durante la celebración de una boda el sábado. No respetaron el aparcamiento reservado para clientes alojados, a pesar de habernos asegurado que dispondríamos de él. Al volver al hotel no había ninguna plaza y tuvimos que dejar el coche mal aparcado hasta que, por pura casualidad, vimos que un fotógrafo del evento se marchaba y pudimos ocupar su plaza.

Si existen plazas reservadas para clientes alojados, el hotel debería asegurarse de que realmente se respeten, especialmente cuando celebra un evento con gran afluencia de personas. Los huéspedes no deberíamos quedar en segundo plano frente a los asistentes de una boda. Es más, yo misma llamé preguntando por ello exclusivamente y se me garantizó que no tendría problema con ello.
