We were assigned a room with no window facing outwards; room number 308. It was a dark, cramped, and therefore stuffy room. Was there a window? Yes, there was, but it overlooked the fire escape shaft.

Pros:

centrally located and easy access to touring downtown Madrid.

La habitación tenía un olor fuerte, a pesar de estar limpia, no me resultó agradable. Las almohadas olían también fuerte aunque se viesen limpias las fundas
