Very poor lighting, hard to put on your makeup with this light. There's no shower door/curtain, so the water from shower streams out on the floor. Shower and WC walls are translucent. That might be fine, but better to know about it in advance when you're planning a trip with someone.

Very disappointing experience – Avoid room 445!
We were travelling with our baby and had specifically requested a quiet room to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Between 11:00 PM and 12:30 AM, we were disturbed by continuous loud noises coming from the floor above, including furniture being moved, carts rolling, dishes clattering, and people talking. The noise started again around 7:00 AM.
Both the night staff and the manager we spoke with confirmed that the noise was coming from the rooftop event area directly above our room and acknowledged that this was a known issue. This makes the situation even more unacceptable, as the hotel knowingly assigned us a room with an existing noise problem despite our explicit request for a quiet room while travelling with a baby.
The noise repeatedly woke our baby and made it impossible for us to get a proper night’s rest. Although changing rooms was suggested, doing so around midnight with a sleeping baby and all our belongings was simply not a realistic solution.
I requested a refund for our room several times, but the hotel repeatedly told me that it was not possible because we had booked through Booking.com. Instead, they offered to reimburse our dinner, worth CHF 47. While I appreciated the gesture, I felt it was insufficient given the circumstances. I contacted Booking.com directly and was informed that a refund was indeed possible, provided the hotel authorized it, but they refused to do it.
For a large hotel with a casino, I would have expected a much more professional and customer-oriented response. At the very least, management could have offered a partial refund of the night’s accommodation, especially given that the noise problem was already known to the hotel.
We paid for a comfortable hotel room and a restful night, neither of which we received.
