Когда попросила кофе , попросила с собой , девушка сделала мне в стакане на месте ,я попросила перелить в стакан , она закатила глаза ,я честно говоря офигела ! Заплатить такие большие деньги и терпеть хамство !

Frühstücksbuffet klein, aber fein

Cons:

Wir wurden im Vorhinein nicht über die Parkmöglichkeiten informiert.
Bei meiner telefonischen Nachfrage wurden wir (mit Mini Van) in die nächstgelegene Parkgarage (teuer!) verwiesen, der Tiefgaragenlift hat nur begrenzte Tragkraft für PKWs.
Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn uns die Rezeptionistin im Vorhinein (und nicht erst, nachdem unser Auto schon in der teuren Tiefgarage geparkt war) darauf aufmerksam gemacht hätte, dass man am Wochenende kostenlos in der "weißen Zone" direkt vor dem Hotel parken kann (bei Verfügbarkeit), wir hätten uns Kosten und Aufwand erspart.

Konumu çok güzeldi . Çalışanlar çok kibardı. Otel gayet güvenilir hissettirdi. Bir tık daha temiz olabilirdi kahve makinesinin üstü telefonun üstü felan tozluydu. 2 gece konakladım. 2. Gün geldiğimde oda temizlenmişti aslında ama tozu tam alınmamıştı sanırım. Ama yine de güzeldi yine gelsem yine kalırım :) Ha bide klimayı kendimizin ayarlayamaması biraz değişik olmuş ana resepsiyonu arayıp arttırıp azaltmakta gayet kolay

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful clean room.
Pros:

I got caught in a thunderstorm and the person on the front desk was very kind and took my clothes to be dried. I also received a wonderful welcome when I arrived as well as a small hand fan to use as Zurich was so hot! Also the breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and good quality and the staff were very efficient, they cooked me eggs to order.
