Local Guest Policy
We do not accept reservations from local residents. Locals are defined as anyone residing within a 60-mile radius of the hotel.
Exceptions may be made for guests experiencing verified emergency situations (such as house fires, displacement, or similar circumstances). These exceptions must be approved by hotel management and documentation or proof may be required at check-in.
Any reservations made by guests who fall within the 60-mile local radius without prior management approval will be subject to immediate cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the third-party booking platform’s cancellation policies.
Incidental Deposit Requirement
An incidental deposit of up to $250 per stay is required at check-in for all guests.
The deposit may be paid by credit card or cash.
If paying with a credit card, the deposit will be authorized at check-in.
Please allow 7–10 business days after checkout for the authorization hold to be released by your financial institution.

I loved my 2nd floor room. It was nice and quiet. I could do my work in peace in the sitting area with a desk, chair, and couch. Focusing was not an issue due to the quiet room. The closet was a nice size to hang up and unwrinkle my work clothing. I love all the USB ports in the room. My count was about 4, but I could have missed some.
The room had 2 Queen sized beds. They were very clean and comfy with pillow tops.
The bathroom counter was spacious. Thankfully, the refrigerator was a rectangle size instead of the cube sized. It was very clean and didn't have any strange smells.
There was a small microwave perfect for reheating and frozen dinners. Lol! Staff is always nice and friendly. Some breakfast items change each day. It's definitely a place I look to stay when I am in town for solo work or family vacation.
2 Queen Bed Suite had two Queen beds, a sitting area with a tv, a desk with USB and outlet, a chair, a sofa, and a sitting chair. It also had a rectangular medium-sized refrigerator, which was perfect for storing my meals and drinks, and a microwave.
The bathroom is just the right size for 1 person or a couple of children at a time. The sink is perfect for preventing water messes because it is more of a rectangular-shaped bowl. Very clean and updated.
Breakfast includes some type of eggs (boiled every day, fried, and scrambled), biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, English muffins, bagels, wheat bread, yogurt, fresh apples and oranges, juice, tea, coffee, packs of strawberry jam, grape jelly, peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, etc.
The room was a great size. The staff was excellent, and the pool was fun for the kids. Loved the continental breakfast with waffles, muffins, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, juice, coffee, tea, and fresh apples and oranges.
Love they have fresh cookies in the afternoon.
The room had a leaky toilet when we came in and a faint urine smell.
The hotel seemed clean. The pool was overly chlorinated but I guess it has to be. My kids eyes were burning so we couldn't stay in long.

The receptionist was warm and welcoming- but also efficient and quick!
There were no extra bedding in the room available for the sofa bed. No extra bed pillows. The table in the living room is quite small so one person can eat there at one time. If you do use any utensils, the only sink is in the bathroom.
We were mistakenly charged for a 2 nd night lodging. It was a headache working between booking.com and Country Inn and Suites to resolve the over charge.
