The carpet of the room was a bit musty.

I stayed for 6 nights and totally made it home at this wonderfully modern and stylish small hotel. The large lobby, where breakfast can be had breakfast area is especially nice. Starbucks Coffee is served. I also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi each day located amongst beautiful palms. Very pretty and clean. Towels provided.
The staff were excellent and so helpful. Hector, the general manager was kind as well as Camille, Lee and the lovely woman who worked the desk in the morning. All were very upbeat and accommodating when I had any questions, local directions etc.
I had a lovely King size bed with huge flatscreen TV
The fridge in the room was so helpto have and microwave down the hall and ice machine. Perhaps best of all the price is extremely reasonable. Parking included. I look forward to my return for business or pleasure.

I was assigned a room on the first floor, even though I always request a room away from pets because I have allergies. A dog kept me awake throughout the entire night, making it impossible for me to get proper rest.
On top of that, the toilet became clogged, and the water almost overflowed. I had no choice but to change rooms, only to be moved to another room on the same floor. I had just one hour to get to work, and the room change caused significant delays and disrupted my entire schedule.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. My requests were not accommodated, and I had to deal with multiple problems that affected my sleep and my work commitments.
Given these circumstances, I believe I deserve a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the poor experience. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and offer a fair resolution.

No ice machines available. Conveniently all were out of order.

Property is old and poorly maintained. Hall carpeting full of debris and heavily soiled. Ice machines broken on floors 1 & 2.
Upholstered furniture in room soiled with loose threads. Broken tiles in bathroom. Noisey dogs. No housekeeping; had to ask for fresh towwels and toilet paper.
