Horrible location, opposite end of the riverfront. Had to walk a mile just to get to the activities.
Pros:

Breakfast was WAY OVERPRICED! Paid for waterfront room and was put at the VERY, VERY end of three (perfect z) hallways to get to room. Itried to change the room to a balcony room, since one had been vacated on my floor, and Front Desk person would not allow me to do that with an additional payment.

Booking.com REALLY needs to use their own service to see the bait and switch that happens on their website. I asked and thought I had booked a room with a balcony - what is the sense of being on the water without a balcony - only to find it was not true and I paid almost $1,000 for a room without a view! What a rip-off!

I am going to give Booking .com one more try and if the same crap happens that has happened with the first 2 stays - I am going to be nasty and give a SCATHING review for booking.com and the 3 hotels I booked through them and paid for upfront!

Pros:

Riverfront view was great and location to downtown was also nice.

It’s aging and you can tell. There are nicer hotels right next door for the same price

Very disappointing, I paid a significant amount of money and splurged on this stay thinking it would be at least a 4 sta

Cons:

Roaches in my bathroom which made it difficult for me to get comfortable and sleep. No spa services available. My view was a roof of the building. The swimming pool was foggy green looking and I didn’t feel safe getting in.

Great stay with nice views, however it can get a little pricey
Pros:

I like how nice they were and supported me in celebrating my birthday. They personally upgraded my room to have a balcony, also they gave me a little gift. It was so sweet and thoughtful of them.

Cons:

I didn’t like how there was no free parking provided on the property. I feel that the parking should have atleast been a cheap price rather than $40 per night, considering what I had to pay for the room

The location.

Cons:

There was a terrible stain in the john and grab bars are certainly needed since the john is so low to the floor. There are people with mobility issues.

The $45.00 daily parking fee is too high. It should be included with the room rate!
