Pros:

Beautiful common areas, great location, nice rooms, very friendly staff

Cons:

Ridiculous upcharges from both Booking and Marriott … $13 / day for basic WiFi? $45 / day for parking in a spacious onsite lot when it was quoted at an already stupid $30? When did Ticketmaster buy Marriott?

The hotel was very nice and the view from our balcony over the river was so beautiful. Would stay here again.

Above and beyond service
Pros:

The service at this hotel is exceptional. We were eating in the concierge lounge for breakfast and Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We’ve had a wonderful time.

Pros:

Location is good, IF you want to be on the River primarily, but is on the end, so be prepared to walk alot. Is convenient to Pirates house. Ha.

Cons:

Did not like 45$ a day parking. Insane. Will never go back, just for that really. Didn't like the bed either and they didn't do a good job on the remodeling cleanup.

Room was not clean when we got there. There was still coffee in the machine from the quest before and the door would not latch all the way and we felt like someone had been in our room.

A nice relaxing Holiday weekend!
Pros:

Chris the concierge was amazing! Recommended great tours, experiences, and restaurants!
Can't believe how quiet the hotel was for Memorial Day Weekend.
Pool needs ph balanced and skimmed clean.
Gym was clean and smelled nicely fresh.

Very impressed
Pros:

I enjoyed everything about my stay.
I was very surprised by their food menu!
The entrees are awesome! No need to go out for food.
Only thing that I might mention. I accidentally left my belt and I never received a call after my stay. I know it would take time out of their schedule but, would have appreciated it.

50th Anniversary
Pros:

Had a fabulous 50th anniversary stay here. A huge shoutout to Brahm (concierge), Kimberly (Concierge level breakfast/happy hour room), Arta (server) Oka (server). Our room overlooked the river (what a view!). Everything was wonderful ... hotel itself, employees, location right on the Riverwalk, cleanliness, noise level, amenities, service.

Great location for the one night
Pros:

The location, atmosphere, room, value, cleanliness and noise level where great. The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 was due to a couple things:
1. You did move me to a sister hotel for one night
2. Your spa did not have a service available for my use (no nail technician available that day. The sister hotel was beautiful and the service was great just not on the river front side. You also did try your best to make it right and a big shout out to Mei for great customer service! I will book with Marriott again as a member very soon. A move is still a move so I can't give you 5 stars.

It was the perfect spot for a quick family trip, walking distance to everything we needed.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The concierge helped us find the perfect spot for dinner with amazing food and a great kids menu in walking distance.

Cons:

Honestly there are no critiques. I would stay there again.

This hotel was over-priced and disappointing, except for the food in the restaurant.

The restaurant staff and food were very good.

Cons:

The parking in a surface lot was outrageous, on top of the already very high room rate, parking was another $45 per night. No one helped with our luggage, no one was around. The rooms and the common areas are in need of a refresh. The common halls and carpets were dirty and threadbare in spots. The elevator was dirty. The rooms were outdated. THis hotel looks as though it has been refreshed since the early 90s.

Long weekend in Savannah
Pros:

Was a bit worried about my recent stay as reviews for this property are so mixed. However, I would say my experience was good. We had booked a 2 queen room but really only needed 1 bed so we were upgraded to a Riverfront king. The room was very spacious. The carpet was a bit worn and you could tell that they had renovated at some point but still, I think it was fine. Probably the only issue with our room was you have to hold the knob on the toilet down for it to flush. Lol

We did have breakfast in the hotel.. opted for the buffet which was good. About $27 per person. We were going to go to the pool but it wasn’t very clean so skipped it.

I’ve been to Savannah a few times and stayed at various Marriott properties. This one is basically at the end of the riverwalk so you it’s a hike if you want to get to restaurants and stuff. While I didn’t have any issues, I probably wouldn’t stay again just because I enjoy being in the mix of it all 😊

Over all our stay was exceptionally pleasant
Pros:

The location was exactly what I thought everything was in walking distance the river view was beautiful

Cons:

The accommodations I asked for was not available ( a King bed) when we arrived, the front desk did offer a king bed for two nights but it wasn’t available for the third night so we just excepted the two queen beds
