Pros:

Great room, hospitality and close to downtown.

Cons:

A two day $100 parking fee to park our car at the hotel we spent $700 for two nights. Seems like parking should be included with stay.

It was ok but we won’t return.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Space of room. Parking on property. Bar staff was friendly and truly cared about customer service. Quiet.

Cons:

There was something, like coffee or soda splattered on the door frame of the bathroom that we cleaned off. There was a cap and a business card on the carpet near the tv area that we picked up and threw away. There was dirt/dust along the frame outside the shower and hair on the shower wall before we used it- we rinsed the hair off. Considering the cost of the room, I expected it to be cleaner. Because we were pressed for time, we dealt with it and didn’t make it an issue. $45/night for parking is excessive. My husband’s beer mug had lime pulp in it which was discovered when it stuck to his lip while drinking. The staff confirmed it was from the dishwasher (and comped the beverages). The steak and cheese we ordered to go had an odd taste so only ate half.

Fantastic hotel with everything you need right at your fingertips!
Pros:

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. You’re right on the Riverwalk with a great view and access to lots of shops and restaurants; however, the restaurants and bar in the hotel are really good value for the price and they have delicious food!

Cons:

The only thing I think they could do better is the price for parking. I think if you’re a paying guest, you should get to park your car included with the price of the room instead of them charging you extra to park.

Overall, the hotel and the city were wonderful
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and during checkout we met a young lady named Music and she was beyond amazing. She was super friendly and so accommodating. Durning my check in the young man double charged me, $416.00, that I absolutely didn't have to spare and that entire situation messed up my weekend, because it shorted my funds and then they said it would be days before I could get it back. However, upon leaving Music was just so sweet that i wasn't as angry as I had been,

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that your employee cost me $416.00 that I still haven't gotten back yet. Now my bank is saying it could take up to 10 business days. That messes me up even more when I'm supposed to fly out to NYC in just a few day.
