Great location and beautiful property
Did not like food options at The Soak.
We stayed in a Superior King room (212) and the side of the bed by the telephone is akin to a hammock - there's a large and deep "divot" in the middle of the mattress. I'm a tad disappointed that the hotel staff have not noticed and rectified the situation. The room was not cheap and I slept poorly both nights.
Good location at Victoria Station, lovely reception and easy check in. Room was just right for us and the restaurant and bar The Soak really handy for an early meal before taking an uber to The Royal Albert Hall and a night cap on our return. Will definitely return.

Esperienza complessivamente deludente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo molto elevato. L’ingresso e la scalinata sono belli e d’effetto, ma il resto dell’hotel appare vecchio e in alcune zone poco pulito.
La camera al sesto piano era molto piccola e la colazione decisamente scarsa, con poca scelta. Il personale è gentile, ma il servizio non è all’altezza di un hotel di questa fascia di prezzo.
L’aspetto peggiore è stato quello degli ascensori: il sesto piano era raggiungibile solo da uno dei due ascensori e proprio quello è rimasto guasto per tutto il soggiorno. Questo ha causato lunghe attese ogni giorno e l’obbligo di fare le scale con i bagagli per raggiungere la camera.
Per il prezzo richiesto, mi aspettavo standard decisamente superiori. Non tornerei.
Superb convenient location. The small single room did not feel in the least bit cramped.

Sensational location. The Staff are wonderful. Food and drinks at The Soak are exceptional.
Too far away from actual reception. We were told how to get to our room and thank goodness we were able to walk there ok but I would not recommend this older people.
That you didn't have a ramp for us to cart our luggage when we arrived. We travelled by train from airport and were not happy to have to walk all the way around to the front of the reception when in fact there was an entrance within the train station but no access into only out of the building.
