ملاصق لمحطة فكتوريا للقطارات وايضاً قريب لمحطة الباصات ويعتبر موقعه جدا ممتاز وبعيد عن الضوضاء ، قريب من الاماكن السياحيه وتستطيع الوصول لها سيرا على الأقدام او استخدام الميترو والباصات

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena , y está muy bien comunicado , el hall es bonito . Y la habitación bien insonorizada.

Aunque la habitación de tamaño estaba bien, pero tenía dos ventanas tan pequeñas que a penas podias ver la calle y entraba poca luz natural (a comparación con las fotos que habíamos
Visto cuando la contratamos) , tuvimos que avisar todos los días para que nos limpiaran la habitación, y el baño muy justo de tamaño con una mini bañera muy alta para acceder.

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

Lots of staff around to help and serve at breakfast. Room was clean modern high quality. The gym was very high quality.

Gorgeous hotel and amazing service!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Clermont Hotel in Victoria. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and full of character, and the location is very convenient for visiting London. My room was lovely and comfortable, and I really enjoyed both The Soak restaurant and the breakfast buffet, which were great quality.

The service throughout my stay was excellent, but I especially want to thank Lavinia. She was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, and made my stay feel very special. During my first visit, she gave me great recommendations for places to visit in London, and we had a lovely conversation about travel. When I returned for a second stay, she remembered me and even sent champagne to my room, which was such a thoughtful gesture!

I would happily stay at The Clermont Victoria again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Liebevolles und aufrichtiges Serviceverständnis !

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Ein Dienstleistungsbewusstsein, was aussergewöhnlich ist.
Meine Reklamation konnte nicht gelöst werden, ABER die Hilfsbereitschaft und das Bemühen das Problem zu lösen, war beeindruckend. Nur zu gerne komme ich wieder und ich weiss, dass sich das Hotelpersonal in liebenswürdiger Weise und Empathie um mich kümmert.
Auch nach der Reise hat man mich wegen der Reklamation sofort kontaktiert und Lösungen angeboten. Ein solches Beschwerdemanagement ist aussergewöhnlich .. und ich war in vielen vielen Ländern.
Das Clermont Victoria London ist das einzige Hotel, in das ich ein zweites Mal wieder eingebucht habe.......wenn ich zukünftig in London bin ..ist dies das Hotel meiner ersten Wahl.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Allergiemanagement !!!!

Cons:

Die Reklamation konnte leider nicht gelöst werden und hat die Urlaubsfreude gemindert.

ABER: das Hotel und sein Personal hat "wirklich alles getan, dass es besser wurde". Sehr gerne komme ich wieder.

Ideales Hotel mit Geschichte
Pros:

Gute Zentrale Lage, direkt bei Victoria Station, die Eingangshalle mit impossant hohen Decken. Nähe Buckingham Palace. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein großzügiges Studio mit 2 Zimmern. Kostenlose Minibar. 2 Fernseher. Man kann sich auch einmal im Zimmer länger zu zweit aufhalten.

Cons:

Das Bad hatte nur eine Badewanne, etwas unbequem ein- und auszusteigen, wenn man nicht mehr 20 ist. Sonst aber, keine Beschwerden

Sehr schönes Hotel, wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit viel Platz und die Betten waren Mega bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toller Eingangsbereich.
