Cons:

The single room is extremely tiny with bath space being extremely minimal. Room space had barely any space to move

Good value given location
Pros:

Location and lobby were both very good. The gym was of a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful

Though the hotel is beautiful and the location is 100/100, we had a very disappointing experience.
We arrived at the hotel at 11pm (we informed them of our check in hour in advance) and were told that the hotel is overbooked and there is no room for us. After we asked the shift manager to look into this issue, he suggested to give us a room with no AC (though it was in the midst of the heat wave and we called the hotel in advance to ensure AC is available in all room) or a smaller room for the first night and move us to a better room the day after.
We ended up moving rooms during a very short 3 days stay, which caused inconvenience with our other plans.
On top of this, we were overcharged and had to insist on getting a refund.
So overall the location is great and the hotel is elevated, but our experience was poor.

In reference to your below email, I first would like to thank you for your reply.

Please note the that due to the construction the whole building was covered with scaffolding, paint buckets, dust, rubble and therefore it was not ready or suitable to be as an accommodation for a vacation in London.

In addition to the following remarks:

1- The location is difficult to find due to the construction on site blocking the entrance as well as the faded name on the wall. We had to go around the building many times until we understood that this was the location.

2- The code was sent to us however we had also to open YouTube to understand how to unlock and get the key as we had tried several times to put the code but it had certain method of opening that should have been explained earlier.

3- The elevator was out of service and the flat was located on the second floor which made it very difficult to transport our luggage.

4- the stairs were full of dust due to construction and the whole building seemed to be empty and under maintenance it was not pleasant at all

5- The kitchen and the living room where as described however due to construction all the windows were blocked so no light was going through even during the day the whole apartment was very dark

6- the hall way had no light working and as it is pained dark green with dim light at the end coming from bathroom it was like going to a haunted house

7- the cinema room with all the LED lights with a note not to close the light at all was frankly ubsurd. how were the kids suppose to sleep in such a room with these lights on in addition to a huge Batman figure staring and standing at the door of room u can see the picture attached I believe this room is not suitable for kids at all

8- All towels were old and overused.
