We had a wonderful stay here - slept very well.
Pros:

Great location, excellent sound proofing, very comfy king size bed.

Cons:

Very expensive but all of London is, small bathroom.

Will never return and feel like I got completely ripped off

the bed is comfortable

Cons:

Staff are rude and not well trained. I only stayed one night and despite having the do not disturb light on while resting, housekeeping barged in my room at 8:30am with their key and asked what time I was checking out! What on earth? Facilities in the room are very basic, hairdryer not working, bathroom very poor. This is £350 a night and absolutely not representative of the price in any way shape or form. Avoid.

Confusion over room servicing so it was delayed. Better communication between house keeping staff.

Pros:

Everyone was so helpful and friendly having access to the mini bar for free with a huge bonus. It was a great surprise, especially after making such a long journey and not wanting to go back out.
