Consistently praised: friendly, helpful reception (specific mention of Eduardo), allowed early check-in, baggage storage after checkout and good local recommendations.
Location

Repeatedly described as very central and extremely convenient for restaurants, attractions and transport; a clear strong point in many reviews.

Café da manhã com boa variedade.

Great location - don't bother with a car
Pros:

Black out curtains, tea & coffee making in room, fridge sound proof windows

Cons:

No food service other than breakfast, but plenty on the doorstep so didn't matter at all. Room was on the small side - we had a big case & it was too big for the space provided so we ended up stepping over it on the floor.

Pros:

La ubicación

Cons:

No se podía descansar nada del ruido que había. Horrible, ni en la siesta ni de noche. Deberían de estar insonorizadas las habitaciones.
