Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. la ubicación es ideal, puedes caminar desde ahí a varias locaciones, hay restaurantes cerca, farmacias, tienda, parques, centro comercial Larcomar, para nosotros que caminamos con un niño y una persona de 3a edad en nuestro grupo fue excelente. El desayuno era suficientemente variado, bastante básico pero suficiente para distintos gustos y edades, el restaurante tiene una vista increíble y mejoraba toda la experiencia de desayuno, el personal siempre atento y amable.
De locatie is erg centraal. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed uitgebreid.
Het zwembadje en de gym zijn precies voldoende voor als je zoiets even nodig hebt.
De kamers zijn heel ruim en de bedden erg fijn.
We zaten op de zesde verdieping, maar ondanks de potdichte ramen is er veel verkeersgeluid van het drukke kruispunt waar het hotel aan ligt. Daar kan het hotel niks aan doen, maar het was niet ideaal voor de nachtrust.

I absolutely love this Hotel. This is my second time visiting Lima, Peru and they’ve always welcomed us kindly. We had a bad experience at another hotel, but this place allowed to arrive same day and provided early check in!
The staff is very kind and the price is worth the rooms. Rooms are clean, I’ve had no issues here. They have a cute cafe connected to the lobby, which makes it easy to grab a quick bite before going on a tour.

The experience at the hotel was really nice, I've got a great support for all stuff specially Jack Daves that's an excellent person.
We had an incredible experience dining here on our first night in Lima. The service was so personal, friendly and exquisite, Jack Davis who served us was knowledgeable about all our dishes as well a just a pleasure to have as our waiter. And food was insatiable. Would highly recommend for anyone staying this way
