Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require an invoice under the name of your company, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. La vista desde la habitación asignada no era muy buena
location was excellent at Miraflores and all the areas were convenient and walking distance from the hotel.
Room cleanliness was good and the staff was responsive. Roof top restaurant was excellent with beautiful panoramic views of Lima as well as Pacific ocean. It was a pleasure to be there for breakfast and meals
The room size was somewhat smaller to my expectations . The breakfast variety was limited and would have loved to have better variety of breakfast during the stay

primero en la recepcion hacen esperar demaciado para poder registrarse, ellos dicen que la recepcion era a las 3 y faltaba 3 minutos sin embargo hicieron esperar 10 minutos mas para atendernos despues de las 3 de la tarde.
