It was a good location and the service is good the staff very helpful and positive.
The pool is in the middle. The children were extremely noisy even past 10 pm. They were jumping in and out of the hot tub making it hard to relax in there. A baby was put in the hot tub without a diaper!.

Parking is minimal, it's loud due to the pool area and staff refusing to close the pool at the posted time, door frame was damaged looks like it was kicked in at some point, bed was hard ac didn't work, the whole place shakes as people run along the walk ways
Price was good, staff was friendly. Water temperature and pressure were great. Good fridge, coffee maker
I requested the main floor, which was not considered by the hotel. Also, it was requested, but they made it work for me. Room is needed for renovation, furniture was good, but walls, doors and ceiling showed lots of damage. Bathroom not clean, lots of old dirt in the corners, vanity has seen better days, valve in water tank bypassing and every few minutes noise of refilling.
3 coffees were provided, and 1 sigle sugar for 3 coffees?!
Fridge freezes drinks, AC has weird smell, maye filter or dust. There is no enforcement of people smoking directly in front of the rooms. People also smoke pot outside the roos.
