The location to restaurants, entertainment, sites, etc.

Driving in the traffic in Phoenix. I know you can't help that the hotel was amazing.

Staff was friendly and everything was clean

Cons:

The ac didn't work as it should the room was warm even after leaving it at 60° all day. Asked for extra towels in the reservation and at the front desk, never received them, and the cold water at the sink wasn't working properly.
