Everything was fine.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't notice any noise from traffic even though we were on the first floor. I forgot to pack shampoo, but Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were supplied.

Cons:

We did not have enough supplies (towels, etc.) for the three of us that were staying in the room. I am not one to complain so I didn't but maybe a little more attention to the number of people staying in the room would be nice.

scelta per piscina ma non ha piscina
Cons:

Ho scelto questo hotel principalmente per la piscina, viaggiando con mia figlia di 12 anni a Phoenix ad aprile con 35°C. Solo all'arrivo, a notte fonda, ho scoperto che la piscina era un cantiere — in ristrutturazione completa, non una chiusura temporanea. Lo sapevano da mesi. Eppure le foto della piscina erano ancora sul profilo Booking e nessuno ci ha avvisato prima.

Soggiorno di 10 giorni senza piscina, nessun rimborso, nessuno sconto, nessuna alternativa proposta. Alle email inviate non ha risposto nessuno — ignorate completamente. Ogni volta che chiedevamo spiegazioni alla reception, la risposta era sempre la stessa: "il manager è stato informato". Il manager però non si è mai fatto vivo. Per poter usare una piscina un solo pomeriggio ho dovuto pagare 300$ presso un'altra struttura per cinque persone.

La pulizia delle camere non era all'altezza, e in generale la struttura non raggiunge gli standard che ci si aspetta da un Hilton.

Noto che nel frattempo le foto della piscina sono state rimosse dal profilo Booking — segno che evidentemente erano consapevoli del problema. Tenere quelle foto online durante il nostro soggiorno, senza avvisare i clienti, non è una disattenzione: è pubblicità ingannevole. Da una struttura Hilton è inaccettabile.
