Pros:

The location was OK

Cons:

The first room we were given the door was open and the room was not clean and the beds were not made so we had to go back and request a different room. We’re given a different room and the window was not clean. The shower handle broke. there was no hot water for both nights that we stayed there. There were ants in the breakfast area. The card keys did not work and we had to get them reset multiple times. There were no towels in the room. We sent two emails to the property manager and have yet to receive a response. Would not stay here again.

Felt unsafe on the property.

"NO" Lighting in the covered parking lot

"NO" Security measures to prevent none guess from entering the hotel though side entrances

El trato del personal en el hotel fue excelente, tuvimos la fortuna de que en recepcion a la hora de nuestra llegada estaba una linda persona y eso salvo mi estadia en el hotel.

Cons:

Que no contaba con agua caliente en las habitaciones, la alberca estaba sucia, batallamos para tener toallas limpias en la habitación, en la habitacion asignada no funcionaba la T.V. y no obtuvimos un solo descuento, el costo del hotel quizas no es caro pero no cuenta con lo necesario.

Pros:

The property did not have our room ready until 6pm when check in is at 3pm. They did not have water but then they had cold water only. We could not take showers . Lastly, breakfast said 6am-10am we for there at 8:50am but they said it ends at 9am. There was no manager to assist.

Cons:

The property was dirty and there were cockroaches

Where to start.
1. Hard to get a hold of staff for help. Didn't look at my request for checking in. and gave bad directions for location of rooms and info for pool details and breakfast location.
2.no jacuzzi, pool dirty and no towels. Pool chipping off inside and was rough on feet.
3.front office was clean and new. Rooms old and stairs cracked.thin walls.
4.no elevator for elders.
5.breakfest seemed to be freezer burnt to taste.
