There was some hot water in and out. The bed was okay to clean.
The worst I have ever been to. No front desk person ever. Room service does not pick up the phone ever. Bad smell and plenty of mold in the room. The bathroom looks horror-movie-ready. Ruin and misery all the way. The included (and paid for) breakfast was "unavailable" and no refund offered. Do NOT go there unless it's a matter of life and death. I fully blame the management because all other La Quintas I stayed at were very nice and clean.
Nothing they are all rude and disrespectful. Cheating and conniving. They will take your money and act like it declined. They have these middle eastern ppl in a kiosk who have no clue what they are doing.
There’s roaches. It always smells like mold. The tubs are always disgusting and the toilets aren’t cleaned right. The place is a disaster

I honestly had a terrible experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely unacceptable. The room smelled strongly of mold, everything looked dirty, and when I arrived there weren’t even towels available. The bed sheets looked dirty, and the mattress itself felt filthy.
The floor was so dirty that you couldn’t even walk barefoot comfortably. The corners of the room, under the bed, and several areas clearly had not been cleaned properly for a long time.
What makes the situation even worse is the price they charge. For the amount they ask guests to pay, this type of condition is completely unacceptable.
What disappoints me the most is seeing that many other guests have made similar complaints, yet nothing seems to improve. Cleanliness is the minimum a hotel should provide, and unfortunately this place completely failed in that aspect.
