Check in was quick and easy. A/C in room worked well. It helped to keep the noise from doors slamming closed and the ice dispenser in check.
No one did anything to the room from Tuesday night to Saturday morning. The trash cans didn't even get emptied. I came out of the room to leave on Friday when someone was knocking on doors nearby announcing "room service" and thought they would do something in my room while I was gone but no. Bed was too firm ( I of course understand that firm works for some).
Breakfast was disappointing. Fake eggs were barely warm.
Staff was very nice.
Hotel needs a face lift. The sink in the room backed up. The AC unit is SUPER loud and not enough adjustment to lower the fan speed to make it less noisy. Breakfast was NOT good or healthy.

The pool, exercise room and breakfast were much appreciated and a plus!
The room was outdated, the air conditioner was noisy and the bathroom was not clean.

The breakfast was nice. The dining room was clean.
The staff was nice.
The first room we were given had mold retardant all around the edges of the tub. It was some kind of blue goo stuff. It was around most of the tub. You could not shower in that toxic blue goo.
The room was clean to a point but the bedding was thin and worn out. I was praying it had been cleaned between guests! Gross
The toilet was so low to the ground it reminded me of a child's toilet.
The indoor pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that my husband and I had to run out of the room and couldn't use the pool or spa. It was so strong that we were afraid it could hurt our health. I'm not afraid of a little chlorine bc I have had pools in homes I owned but this was truly unbearable. I was disappointed bc I was so looking forward to a relaxing swim.
To sum up the experience I will say the hotel felt like a used mixmash of used stuff from other remodeled hotels. I have stayed in worse years ago on the road but this one was a big disappointment.
I will not nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. I was not expecting it to be 5 Star bc I didn't pick a 5 star hotel, but as said above, I will not be back or recommend to anyone. On a good note the staff on the front desk were nice and helpful.
Was in a good location bed was comfortable room was clean. Was great to have access to a washer and dryer. The pool was a good size
The room smelt funny on entry and it was coming from the aircon we ended up cleaning the filter and it was filthy. Don’t flush the toilet when someone is in the shower hot water becomes scolding hot. Bath tub base felt spongy. Tired needs some maintenance. Didn’t come in to remove rubbish or make the bed daily we made the bed ourselves
This is a very nice and convenient stay near downtown Bozeman. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean and updated. The homemade cookies were the cherry on top!
Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Adequate breakfast.
Only downside was the shower fluctuated between hot and cold. Minor issue. Everything else was good.
