Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and great breakfast. Water available 24/7 in lobby, and wonderful location with 20 min walk into Main st, and Walmart 5 mins walk. Good value for money, we would stay again.
The only down-side was the continuous noise and vibration of the heating/ water pipes! Our room (112) was directly opposite Machinery Room, and the whole heating/ water system shuddered and vibrated with noise day and night, for our 7 night stay. The staff were aware of it when I enquired about it, but no offer of relocating to a quieter room was made. Fortunately we had 100% noise-canceling earplugs. I would definitely stay here again but would certainly request a room well away from Machinery Room area.

Need to improve the breakfast like we are staying 3 days but the food is always the same, maybe they will offer different everyday.
The hot breakfast was eggs and thin dried bacon only.
There was a problem with our room, extremely noisy, a certain vibration on one the walls. We informed reception, the lady came over to hear and said it comes from a kind of engine room of the hotel, but she had no key from that room and there was no technician also to look at that. We asked for another room and she said I don’t know if I have one and we said than we go and do not want to stay. After that she said I will see and gave us another room.
Problem with the room and a low seevice level

la chambre queen size est minuscule : à peine la place d'ouvrir une valise par terre. La climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer et quand on l'éteint, on s'aperçoit que l'on voit le jour extérieur au travers ... et donc tous les bruits de la rue - hyper passante - pénètrent dans la chambre. Impossible d'y dormir sans boules quies, à moins d'être sourd !
The staff here is a lot of fun, the room was super comfortable, and the kitchen area was at a higher tier compared to similar hotel chains. The lemon water available at the front desk and access to refill your water bottle 24/7 was great. The breakfast was pretty good and diverse.
Did not really have a problem with anything necessarily. The only improvement would be like all other hotel chains to purchase better quality juice for the breakfast.
Convenient location, close to downtown by car. Room was clean, cozy and spacious.

Check in was quick and easy. A/C in room worked well. It helped to keep the noise from doors slamming closed and the ice dispenser in check.
No one did anything to the room from Tuesday night to Saturday morning. The trash cans didn't even get emptied. I came out of the room to leave on Friday when someone was knocking on doors nearby announcing "room service" and thought they would do something in my room while I was gone but no. Bed was too firm ( I of course understand that firm works for some).
Breakfast was disappointing. Fake eggs were barely warm.

Staff was very nice.
Hotel needs a face lift. The sink in the room backed up. The AC unit is SUPER loud and not enough adjustment to lower the fan speed to make it less noisy. Breakfast was NOT good or healthy.
