Please refresh this place
Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

There was hair in the bed . The mattress is very old and uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. It’s fine for one person but not for two because you both roll to the middle.
The microwave smelled and also sounded like it would explode. It needs to be replaced.
The toilet is very low. This Hampton needs a refresh!!! If this was my first stay at a Hampton, I’d never go back. I always stay at Hampton this was the worst even though the staff was super nice and helpful.

Go Anywhere Else
Pros:

We generally stay at Hampton Inns and have very good and consistent experiences. As many others have said, this hotel is unfortunately a bad exception. While I agree, the front staff was very nice and courteous, nothing else about our stay was good. The room was severely outdated, the carpets in the elevators were filthy. While our room felt clean enough, the shower had mold in it and the bathroom itself was so small that the door just barely missed hitting the toilet. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Thankfully, we were only booked for one night. Oh, and the parking lot it’s weirdly on a hill, which is probably a challenge for some people. Strangely, you can’t walk up or down the front steps with suitcases, there are no ramps so you are either lugging your suitcases up and down those steps or you have to go the long way around to find a ramp. We also unplugged our refrigerator during the night because it was so loud we were unable to sleep with it on and the walls are super thin: someone next-door sneezed and I had to stop myself from saying bless you. There are plenty of other options. Don’t go to this hotel.

Very dissatisfied. I paid 238.00 for a Hampton and got a Motel 6. Others on my party had to ask for a different room be
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Overall cleanliness was subpar. Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn. The entire hotel was run down. It was like it had been abandoned and someone bought it and just reopened it with no updates.

Best customer service by Will
Pros:

There are complaints I could make about this hotel, but they are all offset by the staff. At the front desk will is one of the best customer service representatives I’ve had and the experience I’ve had with him outweighs any negatives.

Good value for the $$ spent.
Pros:

I have stayed here before…a number of times..it’s within 5 mins of where my sister lives.
It close to I-287, and is pet friendly.

Cons:

The room and hotel interior were good. The exterior of the building is not in line with what I think of a Hilton hotel. Spaulding concrete in many locations, concrete steps that have deteriorated to the point where rebar is exposed, sidewalk slabs broken, fences down, in short, a lot of places where one can trip and hurt one’s self.. also, a lot of construction debris on the uppermost parking lot..detracts greatly from the ambiance of the place.

Disappointing.
Pros:

It was a good location and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our first room was dirty with what appeared to be pubic hair everywhere. The first light didn’t work and the lampshades were torn, torn wallpaper and missing hooks. We requested a new room and it wad marginally better. $236 and the Hampton Inn name should buy a room that doesn’t leave you feeling grimy.

A nightmare.
Pros:

only the staff attitude

Cons:

Our stay was a nightmare . First initially we were assigned a room number with one bed. I pointed out to the Receptionist that we booked a two-bed bedroom. He was polite, changed the room (from 701 to 522), however, it is hard to change rooms with a dog.
The electricity in our room cut 5 times! This lack of electricity has nothing to do with the bowing off of the electricity for the whole hotel building, for a whole night - 4th of July evening till 5th of July morniong! Our dog's food needs to be refrigerated.....We left the hotel at 7 am, instead of checking out by the designated time.

Worst hotel
Pros:

this is a very unsafe hotel specially during the night. you can park at the hotel at your own risk but don't expect find the same before and after. it's almost ran like a shelter, at night there is guy at the front desk who is generally drunk or in high with drugs . we had the worst experience ever staying at this hotel on top of hot had no electricity for whole night and they simp didn't care.

Would Find Someplace Else to Stay
Pros:

We have always relied on Hampton Inn hotels when we travel because they are consistently clean with a good breakfast. This Hampton Inn was the complete opposite. The lobby must have been renovated but our rooms were so outdated, they must have been original from decades ago. We were clearly in a room that was once a smoking room and that stale cigarette smell never leaves. The carpet was old and dark and I wouldn't walk on it barefoot. Actually, the whole room was dark. The unit that holds the AC unit was chipped and paint was scraped off. The bathroom door had clearly swelled over the year and no longer closes all the way. The pillow cases were too small for the pillows and parts of the pillow stuck out. Which was also pretty gross, like whose head was on this pillow before me?? The bed was lumpy. Even the free breakfast, which is normally reliably decent at a Hampton Inn, was pretty bad. The oatmeal was runny and the hard boiled eggs were over cooked. The cooked eggs were basically patties that would be found in an egg McMuffin. The front desk staff was friendly but the free bottle of water and chocolate chip cookie didn't come close to making up for how gross our room was. My sister stayed down the hall and had the same experience.
