Pros:

Easy to get to and room was nice.

Cons:

They charged us a $50 deposit for our dog. Then they never took it off our credit card bill. Dishonest.

Always relaxing
Pros:

I’ve been staying here over the span of 15 years. This place is always clean and neat. The staff is always helpful and polite and friendly. The rates are reasonable, and is close to everything. Always enjoy staying here. I would recommend it to anyone!

The beds were clean

Cons:

The outside was littered with junk cars and old furniture. Plus we walked in the door to our room and all you could smell was marijuana. The front desk told us there was nothing they could do about right then

One block off of I29 and a clean comfortable bed.
Pros:

A comfortable bed, ice machine, and they welcome pets. Room was nothing fancy but was perfect for us. The bonus was a Perkins restaurant across the street. We had a good carryout dinner that was as cheap as fast food,

Our stay was not good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Everything was hot.

Cons:

The hotel was run down and smelled bad. The floor in the bathroom was not clean in the corner. The carpet was very worn and dirty throughout the entire place. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Nice simple breakfast. Beds were nice.

Cons:

It was not clean enough. Hair in the shower, brown smudges on the wall next to the toilet, untreated stains on the carpet that could have been blood.

Clean and convenient
Pros:

The man at the front desk when we checked in was incredibly helpful. It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient.

Cons:

The ac in the room was very loud, and would shudder on and off a lot. However, the air in the room was comfortable, without any stale or musty smell that I often see in other hotels.
