Pros:

Offered me complimentary parking for being first time there - loved that.
Beds comfortable
atrium very nice
Convenience store very convenient

Cons:

Service at the restaurant is spotty - some waiters great, others moody
The gym would benefit from a bit of an upgrade in the equipment

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, specifically Pamela and Tania.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms a couple of times because the plumbing in the bathroom, specially the sink, smelled terrible. They need to clean out the pipes more frequently, Also, the A/C didn’t work well in one of the rooms, and the WiFi didn’t work well either in that same room, far from the lobby. The hotel is definitely dated and in need of updating.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème car notre porte ne s’ouvrait plus. Nous avons attendu une demi-heure pour voir une personne forcer la porte et faire sauter un verrou intérieur!
Aucune excuse alors que nous avions un dîner programmé et sommes arrivés très en retard.

A year later, another very good stay
Pros:

Overall our stay here was great and another good experience following my review of this place one year ago. The front desk staff wasn't quite as friendly this time but they weren't rude either. The pool is incredible for an early rising family and the room was nicely kept and clean. Again the sound insulation from the road and parking lot was great, but a fair amount of hallway noise in the evening (people talking, doors closing). This hotel certainly earns an A for consistency.

Billing challenges and kind support
Pros:

I stay at this location regularly. And I enjoy it every time. And recently, I had multiple flight cancellations on an upcoming trip and was stranded at a major airport on my way to Greenwich. I had no time to cancel my hotel stay at this location in time. The result was a few billing issues. But both Jair and Jheneel were extremely helpful in getting it all resolved, determining the root cause, which was actually related to my corporate travel service, and explaining everything patiently and promptly. I really appreciate the staff at this Hyatt!

We will stay again but hope it’s better next time
Pros:

Clean rooms.
Service was so so.
Entryway from self parking lot smelled mildewy.
Front desk help was so so at times. Some front desk employees were better than others.

Pros:

Getting pretty seedy. The room was cleanish but suffocating. Lamps at the bar were stomach turning.
Staff friendly. Breakfast can be described as gas station class, and not European level gas station food.
The bar area was dirty.
We moved ved out ASAP.

Average - make sure their AC is working in rooms
Pros:

AC didn't work. Gym and pool were good, but staff was not helpful to me switching rooms. He just watched me pack and relocate. New room was hot. Slept horribly because it took ~3 hours to cool. No apologies by front desk.

Pros:

Magical Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt from start to finish. Check-in with Soile was outstanding. She was warm and friendly, made sure every detail was perfect, and even added breakfast to our stay, which made the whole experience feel truly special. The atrium is beautiful, our room was perfect, and the bar had a great atmosphere at night. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely be back.

Very disappointing experience. Not even close to normal Hyatt standards
Pros:

Extremely disappointing. We reserved a deluxe corner King room. They gave us an interior noisy dark room and claimed that the deluxe corner rooms are actually interior rooms that are not even a corner.

Not sure if they were lying because they were sold out, or that they are just misleading on the website.

Paying the extra money for the better room was a complete waste.

In addition, they hotel is quite noisy, and the staff is extremely rude

They are much better places to stay in the area
