Pros:

Beautiful lobby which included bar and dining area. They had a small convince store in lobby as well. Check in and out easy. Large TV in rooms!

Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Really noisy. Noise in the hallway throughout the night from other guests. Not enough light in the room. Very dim. Pillows were uncomfortable. Tried both but neither were comfortable. I just expected much better from a Hyatt Regency.

A relief after an unexpected emergency in my home in town.
Pros:

The food and amenities were very good, although it became more than I could reasonably afford after I had to extend my stay.

Cons:

They need an additional elevator or two, on the opposite side of the complex. It’s very difficult with a disability to navigate the whole layout from one place.

Breakfast and parking not included, hallways are very long so it takes a long time to get to the elevator from our room, the shower curtain smelled mildewy,

We had numerous issues, but the staff responded as well as they could to our issues. I would only return because of the

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, specifically Pamela and Tania.

Cons:

We had to switch rooms a couple of times because the plumbing in the bathroom, specially the sink, smelled terrible. They need to clean out the pipes more frequently, Also, the A/C didn’t work well in one of the rooms, and the WiFi didn’t work well either in that same room, far from the lobby. The hotel is definitely dated and in need of updating.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème car notre porte ne s’ouvrait plus. Nous avons attendu une demi-heure pour voir une personne forcer la porte et faire sauter un verrou intérieur!
Aucune excuse alors que nous avions un dîner programmé et sommes arrivés très en retard.
