Big roomie bathroom and bedroom. Space to walk around for two people without feeling cramped.

It’s location
It’s very old and staunchy
I stayed repeatedly at Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago over the years and always return to it because of the excellent location at the Gold Coast. I love the Martini Bar, as well. The stay got more expensive lately, but nevertheless it is a great place to stay. The proximity of the Oak Street Beach is a plus in the hot summer.
The beds are too soft for my taste, and the rooms need a timely upkeep if something gets out of order (i.e. we put the loose sliding closet door back on its track).
Charming old hotel, comfortable bed, nice shower, clean, and courteous staff. Located in a safe and pretty neighborhood. Convenient to all the sites, and also let us store our bags for a late night departure.

The location was great, convenient to the Michigan Avenue buses, close to the lake and beach. The staff was hospitable, friendly, accommodating, and competent and professional. The bathroom was updated with large shower and new, modern, facilities. It was a comfortable stay overall.

Booked on booking.com and was quoted around $400 for the few nights. After checking out, our bill came out to over $1k. Didnt take anything from the room or use any of their drinks
