Was good while we were there but after seeing all of the charges, the experience has worsened
Pros:

I liked the quiet atmosphere the room was clean and everything worked fine

Cons:

Was expecting at least one working ice machine and a laundry room but had neither. I also was charged extra after we had explained we were putting the second room on a different card

Good for the money!
Pros:

Staff, comfort, bed, shower and breakfest.

Cons:

Hotel is under renewal process. Dry wall not completed, ice machine not working. It's understandable during the process.

Pros:

I like that it’s close to the interstate, but it’s not a great or very safe area per se. Beds and restroom were clean.

Cons:

I think they should have rooms that once they are used by guests with pets, they should only be used like that. The smell doesn’t leave. This goes for all hotels not just BOB. The top of the toilet tank was missing so we had to be careful not to drop towels or something as it would fall straight into open water tank for flushing toilet.

Great location and price.
Pros:

All staff were friendly and helpful. Location for travelers is awesome. Very clean.

Cons:

Every door beeping several times when opened and closed. Terribly disruptive.
Be sure and get second floor even without elevator or you will have walking over your head all night.
