Pros:

The breakfast was good - and appreciated. They even make espresso upfront which is something I love. The staff is excellent - appreciate it all.

Cons:

Because it was grad weekend the prices were very high - but the property is great.

Good value for money but a refurb is due.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.
No good restaurants in the near vicinity.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Property was being redone ground floor so not too busy.
Room was a good size and great shower.

Cons:

Aircon was a nightmare- too cold and low down so blew across bed.
Fridge was useless and made a terrible Darth Vader noise every 15 seconds all night.

Friendly staff and clean spaces
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and check in smooth. For the price I paid, breakfast was decent. Again, staff are well-trained and super nice

Cons:

Check-out was earlier than usual.

Great - good stay, great sleep and good value for money.
Pros:

We used the hotel for a one night stop - part of a 1500 mile road trip. It is just off I4, so didn't need a long drive off the road. Tallahassee was only 15 mins away. Room was great, nice size for a short stay and shower was great. Hotel was fresh and boutique, with quirky cushions / areas. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was good, covering all things you need. There was a pool as well, which was a bit of a surprise and great to have to cool off in / exercise in.

Cons:

Location was great for travelling, but if I was staying for a longer time I would probably look for something more in town (Tallahassee) - you needed to drive for most things.
