Comfortable for short stay
Pros:

The staff member on reception, Abdul, was welcoming. The room we were given had a double and two single beds, with the double being hard up against the wall. This wasn't what we booked and when questioned we were told we'd been upgraded, although it didn't feel like it. Abdul kindly moved us to an upstairs room that only had a queen bed in it. There was a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, which was convenient.

Cons:

The pillows didn't have any protectors on them and were stained to the point where they were brown. I slept with no pillow. The walls were thin and we could hear the person next door. Car parks outside the rooms were really small for larger vehicles.

We were very happy during our stay in Albany which has wonderful history and old world charm.
Pros:

The room had everything we needed and more. Toaster, fridge, urn, iron and even an extra single bed. There was plenty of electrical sockets and some handy bench space. Also the accommodation was close to many attractions in Albany.

Cons:

The room is quite close to the main road so you get a bit of noise from road trains coming thru but it wasn't a deal-breaker IMO and I would be happy to stay there again as the price was very good.

Comfortable bed, Nina at reception was friendly and helpful, along with Audra at Restaurant.

Cons:

1. Upon arrival, room was unsecured (open)
2. Breakfast process was a little complicated... but worked out eventually by Audra and Nina.
