The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable.

Staff were awesome. Very helpful & accommodating. We ended up booking a second room for family & again, great to deal with.
Also very quiet in the rooms. No traffic noise from the road & minimal noise from adjoining rooms.
Parking was a bit tight, but I have a bigger car, and was further from town than I thought.
Lots of help and kindness from Abdul at the front desk!
Furniture was old and worn, and the windows were unsecured and unlocked.

Break fast menu can be better
The location of the property was very good. Room was clean and a perfect size for a couple and child. A great choice for a quick trip to Albany!
Room service was always happy and eager to help.
1. The bathroom fan may need a bit of service as it made an unusual noise at switch on. But we were not bothered by it.
2. Entry into the hotel drive way from Albany Highway, from the City center direction, always looked dangerous. May need a smooth filter exit to ease the risk of getting hit from the rear by car behind.
