Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Given the price, we were prepared for a more basic room. It was comfortable, quiet with nice views of well-kept gardens and the bowling club. Staff greeted us nicely.

It was well maintained and at a good location. Lots of parking space.

Cons:

The main door could be equipped with better locks. Those locks and chains didn't completely felt safe or secure.

Rooms were clean as well.

The bleach smell was very strong and the boiler was not working. Toilet needs to be fixed.
