Great stay
Pros:

Thank you team. Really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Clean, tidy, everyday cleaning service absolutely loved it. The restaurant was great. The service and the meal all good.

Have stayed here many times when working in the area, good price, location and parking onsite,.
Pros:

Bed extremely comfortable and spacious for the price. Good size towels and variety for use.

Cons:

The restaurant not being available on Mondays is a bit of a pain a list of options in the room would be helpful. Lack of towel hanging hooks/ racks given you encourage guests to reuse towels if staying more than one night.

The room was clean and comfortable. The guy on the reception was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The woman in the restaurant was rude and accused us of taking cups back to our room. The reason we left and didn’t have a coffee was the coffee wasn’t good!

We had a wonderful stay, and a big thank you to Abdul at the front reception. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm smile and friendly attitude. He was professional, approachable, and happy to assist with any questions we had, making our check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. Will not be staying again.
Cons:

Specifically asked if there was a restaurant.When we arrived it was not open. We had travelled a long way and wanted to eat in and rest. Not happy. Went to restaurant was like cafe, lots of workers . Staff just standing around. Room was advertised as a deluxe king room. There was nothing deluxe about it. Sparse very dated. No info on the use of TV.
We had stayed there a few years ago and was nice this ws a real disapointment
