Room size good
Shower good
Attitude of staff shocking
Didn’t seem to care or listen
Car parking charges excessive & even then tried to charge us again on departure
I love especially the location! The staff worked hard to accommodate my requests. The room was clean even though I had to wait close to two hours before settling in.
The restaurant located inside! I went there hoping to get a hot meal and waited there too long, so I got up and left; so I decided to order out instead which actually was a better choice. By the way that inside restaurant wasn’t really even busy. Otherwise, it still was a great getaway for my Birthday!
It was clean and looked like the pictures.
The lobby desk staff were not eager to help you nor friendly.
Breakfast was tasty, but expensive. The banquet room was lovely and comfortable.
Although the room was comfortable I did not find the decor inviting. There were no decorative touches.
Location
Air conditioning did not work in my room
The view
Other arrogant customers
Cleanliness
Nothing
Didn't eat breakfast bc it was an extra charge
For the price, no breakfast included the pool was also closed due to maintenance. Not a big deal but pools are a big factor when planning hotel stays
The room was clean and comfortable.
The reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. I had called originally and asked if there was a pool before I booked online and was told yes. We get to the hotel and the pool was closed for mechanical issues. Very upsetting that I was not told ahead when I called the hotel to verify.
The noise from other rooms and the hallway was very loud. We called the front desk 2 times in the middle of night for our neighbors being loud. Security came and told them but nothing changed. This lasted all night/morning. We had 2 young children with us for a dance competition and they need sleep in order to get up at 4:30am. Very frustrating. We thought the hotel would understand when we mentioned it to them but the front desk ladies acted very unbothered by our concerns.
Neat, clean, well kept.
Need better parking (which is difficult to do downtown), but more options would be super helpful. ADA. Not enough spaces. 3 floor is too far for ADA. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
We liked that this was close to our race venue we didn't have to go very far to reach the start line of the 5 mile St. Patricks Day Race we participated in
We did not stay the full 2 nights everything was great until 2pm on Saturday March 14th. We understood that the hotel would be busy due to it being St Patricks Day celebrations going on in the hotel and outside the hotel. Unfortunately the people who had the room next to us were celebrating a birthday and they were obnoxeously loud! We couldnt enjoy the room or could we hear the rooms TV without blasting the sound. We inquired at the desk but their response was our quiet hours aren't til 9 pm No we are sorry or would you like a different room. We sadly cancelled our weekend short and checked out
