Pros:

Location, clean hotel, very friendly staff great hotel

Cons:

Rooms could be modernised, toilet at side no leg room. Shower too was difficult. Could have a better shower. Breakfast was verry poor as not much hot food choices more variety be better

Quiet, restful and convenient location

Cons:

When I chose not to clean the room O asked the lady to replace coffee cups and coffee but she didn't
Though there was some variety in the breakfast it was always the same. Grapefruit juice was very diluted.

One staff member was rude and delivered terrible service. She should have been in trouble for lying accusing not paying for king bed when it was clearly booked and paid for. She did not solve any problems and was aggressive when she was challenged. Poor service and the manager didn't solve it either.

Conveniently located hotel for city break
Pros:

Convenient location with lots of public transport outside. New, very modern gym. Large room. Very nice staff

Cons:

Despite booking a superior room it was in the basement. Stained sofa. Felt like it needed a bit of sprucing up.

Great location, but the service was not satisfactory

but very disappointing service.
The shower gel was empty, and even after informing the staff, nobody replaced it. We asked for hot water and were told to use the coffee machine, but the water coming from it was dirty. When we asked again, they told us to either come and collect hot water ourselves or use the coffee machine.
There was only one bottle of water in the room, and the fridge was completely empty.
Most requests were handled virtually, with messages and replies, but very little actual assistance from the hotel staff.
For a hotel at this level, we expected much more professional and attentive service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match our expectations.

Pros:

O pequeno almoço era bom e variado, a localização próximo a tudo, funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

As portas dos quartos são um pouco barulhentas e incomodam um pouco. O restaurante fecha muito cedo à noite. Há pouco espaço para guardar nossos pertences no quarto. Há também poucos lugares no banheiro e quarto para se pendurar casacos, toalhas, etc. Não há uma tomada elétrica no banheiro.

A quieter area but beautiful and well connected!
Pros:

The Hotel is in a great location. Check in and check out were super efficient and fast. Luggage storage was available. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was always very good. Anytime we needed something in our room reception staff was always very accomodating. The bathrooms and showers were very spacious and comfortable. Tram stops very nearby that can take you anywhere.

Cons:

Sometimes after cleaning some items were not replaced like hand soap or toilet paper. But once we let reception know they were always ready to help.
