Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

La cercanía a la estación de tren y el centro

Cons:

Bueno, este año con las olas de calor se echa de menos el aire acondicionado. Por lo menos había ventilador de techo

The worst experience ever!!!!
Pros:

The look of the hotel from the outside

Cons:

The staff was not very helpful. I book 2club room but there was none available. Then they decided the only option available was two separate rooms for the kids (age 4 and 8). No consideration for their safety. I was expected to recieve my refund, told to go through the booking service, still not heard anything. The staff refuse to assist with that too. Also, they took my car registration but did not iterate that as guest we had to pay for parking. Got 3 parking tickets, called and they still refuse to give any assistance in rectifying the situation. Not even taking any form of liability. No apology for the confusion. It was like dealing with people who has no people skills. Probably get a better reaction if I was speaking to a wall.

We had a nice time in Plymouth despite hotel.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The room was hotter than anything we have experienced in our lives. There was no air con and the fans were cheap and did very little. The lifts looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The breakfast was limited and didn’t even offer porridge. One packet of biscuits in the room for 3 person room is just rediculous. The guide provide in the room was sticky, stained and we didn’t even want to touch it. The flush in the toilet was rubbish. The whole experience was poor and we definitely will not be coming back or recommending.

Cons:

Room too hot, no air conditioning and windows blocked.
Only 1 available socket.
While some staff members were kind, others (20/7 morning for breakfast) were almost rude.

Hot, dated and old, but brilliant staff.
Pros:

There were a few issues, and the staff really tried to help but some of it was just beyond their capabilities. They were very polite and helpful. They scored a 10 for effort. Very pleasant staff and a credit.

Cons:

Firstly the hotel was beyond hot. It was impossible to stay in your room any length of time or sleep at night. The windows were on limiters so could only be opened a few inches. Whilst the staff provided fans, this was far from satisfactory.. it ruined our stay if I’m honest. The shower only had one temperature, scalding . On complaint, maintenance did come to fix it quickly. Whilst the temperature didn’t hold, at least you could shower without risk. The decor was very dated and old. Having said all this they really did try. It isn’t a four star hotel though by any stretch of the imagination though, despite the brilliant staff.

Cons:

Not the best value hotel in Plymouth
Pros:

Close to the station and easy access to Plymouth

Cons:

We know the weather has been exceptionally warm, but the room was like sleeping in an oven. We had the windows open (Restricted opening) and the fan on low, (any higher it looked like it might come off the ceiling and its unbearably uncomfortable. The only good thing at breakfast was the bacon. Scrambled eggs were sloppy, fried eggs were slimey. So overalll not a great impression

Very warm and uncomfortable rooms in the summer
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The outside temperature was mid 20s. The room was far warmer. The windows only open 15mm (1.5cm not a typo). There is no ventilation in the room and the windows are kept closed with the curtains open so the room absorbs all the heat.
I was unable to sleep properly despite having the desk fan on full and repeated cold showers.
