Pros:

Nice layout and nice hotel overall, both rooms were excellent. If only we could have stayed for breakfast and didn’t need to leave by 0500 for our train!

Pleasant-though boring TV.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable and did like the check out and check in times and cooked breakfast was great.

Cons:

The lack of TV channels annoyed me-last time i stayed you had all the usual Freeview channels-now you only have 40 channels and no That`s TV,Talking Pictures TV,or Rewind TV amongst others.

A good experience. They need to replace their pillows.
Pros:

It is very close to the station. The rooms are great and mine even had a little fridge. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean with plenty of hot water.

The pillows were very hard which made a good nights sleep difficult.

I left my wallet at reception when I came in late and they posted it onto me quickly

The room was clean, comfortable and had an iron and ironing board in the room if I needed it

The stairwells smelt stale and could benefit from a steam clean. It is an area that is narrow with no ventilation so smells are trapped
