Struttura molto accogliente. Stanza molto pulita, dotata di mini frigo e macchinetta per caffè espresso. Posizione molto buona vicino a fermata metro e autobus. Personale molto accogliente pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Colazione sia salata che dolce ricca di vari prodotti.

C'etait parfait!
Pros:

I loved the staff! I wish I knew their names better but overall I had a really wonderful experience with them. I am learning french as and most of them were so patient with my french speaking and so kind! The woman at the front was extremely nice, professional, and willing to help. I felt very safe and cared for with the overnight front desk staff too! I also loved the layout of the rooms, and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. I felt like I'd be fine to lay on the floor, everything was so well cleaned. It was so wonderful coming back to a made bed and clean bathroom every day, and they were respectful of privacy of my stuff too.
Overall I just felt like this hotel staff was so intentional and thoughtful. They gave me good recommendations. It rained a bunch during my stay so they let me borrow an umbrella every day! So great, would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The one man who seemed like he didn't want me to speak in french. That's fine, but it was just such a stark difference from how kind and helpful the rest of the staff was. Honestly not that bad in comparison to the overall great experiences I had.
