Wonderful stay in a perfect location, beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, exceptional service.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was excellent — close to everything we needed, including the Metro, which made getting around so easy. There were plenty of restaurants on the surrounding streets, yet the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

We were delighted with our room, especially the balcony with its beautiful views of both the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location — we would happily stay here again!

Nice hotel, great spot, good breakfast and staff, but it's pretty small if you're tall.
Pros:

The hotel picked good staff and cool options for such a small place (like how they set up the room, lobby, and stuff).

Cons:

The elevator is quite compact, and on the top floor where I resided, the ceiling height in the hallway, bathroom, and various areas of the room was notably low. Even at 1.8 meters tall, I found myself frequently at risk of bumping my head.

Location was brilliant easily walk to bars, restaurants and tourist spots.

Very helpful and friendly staff

it was quite noisy between rooms and also street noise from apartments/hotel/offices across the road they seamed to receive deliveries throughout the night

Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel is conveniently located close to both metro and bus stations, making it very easy to explore Paris. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make my birthday stay truly special and memorable, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you all for the warm hospitality—I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, but I wouldn't stay here again

Very helpful staff and Location is great, lots of restaurants nearby.

Loved the modern cafeteria and helpful staff.
I was a day late and checked out a day early, I paid for 2 extra days. My room was given to another customer and we had to wait at the hotel.lobby for hours. Very small elevators too, had to make 2 trips just to take luggages to room because elevator is super tiny.
