I booked a Superior Double. It wasn’t a double. It was two twins smushed together side by side with a very thin bed topper. I woke up every night in the chasm between the beds. Not what I paid for …

The pillows weee dreadful. Giant, square bricks. The ratings reflect that but say you can order softer pillows. I requested them but never got them.

The water pressure was awful. Happy to provide a video if allowed as pics don’t suffice. I asked for assistance. They said they sent someone to the room but it made no difference. The pressure was barely enough to get the shampoo out of your hair, and that was via the handheld wand. The overhead “rainfall” shower was abysmal.

Kambaryje nebuvo vandens, buvo palikti įrankiai. Nebuvo galutinai paruoštas kambaris atvykimui:) Taip pat jei jus alergiški dulkėmis taip pat nesiūlau šio viešbučio, dulkės buvo visur.. Patalinė buvo purvina. Be to jei ruošiates važiuot kada bus lietingos dienos pasiruoškite, kad nakti reikės galite girdėti vandens lašų iš kondicionieriaus (gal dėl to, kad buvome 5 aukšte)

Cons:

The room was meant to be an execative room, no towel hooks when you came out of the shower, no robes, they didnt make the beds and only cleaned the rooms every 3 day unless requested but this should have been done automatically. Hence no clean towels and you had to put your towels on the floor when coming out of the shower. Toothpaste all down the bathroom door on arrival so not what we expected at all, VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Świetna lokalizacja , miły personel , dobre śniadania

Cons:

Niewygodne łóżko , podobnie stary miękki materac, twarde duże poduszki, wanna nie wyglądała zbyt czysto, ciemno w pokoju , nie da się namalować się normalnie, mało światła, zimno w pokoju , klima normalnie nie ogrzewała. Nie działał ekspres do kawy, zgłosiłam na aplikacji - nikt tak i nie przyszedł naprawić za trzy dni. Polecano zamówić sprzątanie oraz wymianę ręczników przez aplikację , zamówienie dokonano , ale nikt nie przyszedł przez 3 dni. Normalnie czat w aplikacji nie działa, na WhatsApp się odezwali w ciągu dnia , nie reagują od razu. Ale tak nikt nie przyszedł dla remontu ekspresu.
