Les joints de la douche sont noirs et un manque de méticulosité dans le nettoyage des détails de la chambre.

Die Zimmereinrichtung wirkt modern, ausgefallen und einladend. Die Lage ist top, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte und ist vom Bahnhof aus gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch, vielfältig und reichhaltig. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I chose this particular hotel chain because I had previously stayed at one of its hotels in Tel Aviv, so I booked this property without a second thought. Unfortunately, it was nothing like my experience at the hotel in Tel Aviv.
The room’s décor felt dated and somewhat odd, and the space would benefit from renovation.
Too expensive for a first-floor room with significant street noise (what made it even more disappointing was that I made online a room upgrade, only to be placed in a room on the first floor). The room had no minibar or fridge, and no complimentary toiletries were provided.
One night, we had to wait until after 1 a.m. before we could fall asleep because hotel staff were outside on the street unloading carts of towels. The noise was incredibly loud. At first, we thought it was coming from the room above, as if someone were banging on the floor, but we eventually realised that it was coming from outside through the window.

Die Lage ist wirklich super, genau im Zentrum der Grachtengürtel.
Vieles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Disko, Kino und ein Platz voller Restaurants 100m entfernt.
Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten können, wir sind aber satt geworden.
Was ich persönlich überhaupt nicht mag, sind Glastüren zum WC/Bad, hier war diese
auch noch 3 mal so breit wie eine normale Tür. Letztlich ist das aber nur eine persönlich
empfundenes Manko.
La posizione è ottima, la zona è piena di locali e vita diurna e notturna. Fermata del tram a meno di 100 metri dall'albergo.
La pulizia della stanza semplicemente imbarazzante, più volte abbiamo dovuto sottolineare che la camera era molto sporca anche dopo la pulizia giornaliera. Lo staff non sempre cortese, soprattutto se chiedevi una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della stanza- si salvano solo le ragazze italiane della reception e il cameriere presente nella sala colazione (il signore alto e molto loquace). Per il resto è da dimenticare. La stanza scelta, camera Executive, nonostante ci fosse spazio a sufficienza era scarna di arredamento. Aggiungo che, nonostante le temperatura esterna fresca, nelle aree comunioni dell'albergo l'aria condizionata rendeva gli ambienti gelidi, pertanto anche il tempo trascorso alla colazione era inficiato dal gelo dovuto al condizionamento.

Excellent location, all touristic spots are accessible by foot or public transportation. Very polite and responsive staff, especially Irina and Munir.
Room was not cleaned during our 5-nights stay
Me & my daughter spent a long weekend in Amsterdam in the NYX hotel...it is beautifully decorated, bedroom was gorgeous, fab location plenty of shops cafes restaurants in the area.
No complaints from us.
