We really enjoyed our stay! We were traveling to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms and amenities were perfect. We also took a picture in their photo booth as a lovely gift and enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious.
We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for a special getaway! ❤️

Rooms and the interior is really nice
AC is so dusty you can see a thick layer when it's on. Mattress was a two separated and pretending to be a one. At some point receptions didn't communicate at all even tho after first 20 minutes of check it they called me. That was a bit weird

Occasional sewage smell in room... Staff said it's because of the canals nearby.
Great location, comfortable room and good facilities.
The room could have been cleaner. There were a lot of areas that were quite dusty. The room service was always quite late in the day, and despite a note that the linen would be changed after 3 nights, it wasn’t.

We had a wheelchair accessible room, plus a room for our friend - both great, very good wet room for us. Staff were all very friendly and helpful - the restaurant and bar staff particularly, going above and beyond in making us feel welcome and valued, and the chefs excelled in catering for me as a vegan - exceptional!
