Our stay was good for the reason we were in Santa Fe.
Cons:

My reservation was from Wednesday, 9/9/26 through 9/12/26. Mid-day on 9/11/26 I received a text message asking me to check out. I went to the front desk and was told there was a glitch and Friday was our check out date. I don't appreciate the liberties taken with my card and not knowing about it until I returned home.our stay fit

Pros:

The beds were amazing and very comforable. The linens were also very comforable.

Cons:

Room 315 air conditioner rattled all night long. Room 311 bathtub was soggy underneath like water was under the tub. Breakfast was okay but there was no flavor in the gravy and the biscuts weren't done. Electrical outlets were nowhere near the bed for phone, CPAP machine to be plugged in.

Good location. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were for display only and not for sleeping. Ice machines were mostly out of order.

I'd recommend this hotel to visitors to stay at in Santa Fe. A little far from downtown but not bad.
Pros:

Check-in staff was able to put us in a ground floor room, because we were traveling with a dog and a fair amount of luggage. Breakfast was the standard hotel fare, but we did notice that the quality of the food was higher here than at other hotels we stayed at on this trip. Hotel was clean, room was nice and bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again.

Cons:

My dog is not used to peeing on anything other than grass, so we did have to drive down to the Sonic down the street to let her feet feel real grass and pee.
