Nice for Instagram but bad for reality
Pros:

Nice vibe and restaurant was delicious.

Cons:

Building was very dated and crumbling. Most updates were to make it Instagram worthy but the actual room were very old. Staff was definitely not eager to please. No pool service waiter.

Do not allow the pre-auth at check in. See my comments above for the reason.

The stay was overall not bad.

I will just post the facts and you decide whether to stay with them for your vacation.

When checking out, the staff told me our bill (for extra cost like dining) was 39.44.

A day later I got a notification from my own bank that the LINE charged another 43.40. They could do that because everyone was asked to guarantee a pre-auth of credit card for some 200 at check in.

I emailed them for enquiry and they said it was for a T shirt I took from the room.

We confirmed that we never touched it and did not take home accidentally. So I replied. And the staff immediately apologised and issued the refund.

TBH I could have been robbed of this money, were it not for my bank. I wonder how many T-shirts have the LINE *sold* in this way. Still I wasted time and energy there. It ruined the effort of your staff, some of them were really friendly and helpful.

Moderno, céntrico y buen ambiente
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en un barrio ideal, cerca de todo en coche y además dispone de parking privado.
La habitación es justa para 4, pero buena relación calidad precio. Las camas eran súper cómodas.
Finalmente, el personal era muy amable.

Cons:

Las persianas se subían y bajaban solas a unas horas que no procedían.
La ducha del baño se pasaba de moderna y era complicada de usar.

Nie podobało mi się np. nie informowanie o wyłączeniu wody w nocy. Jedna osoba z recepcji powiedziała przez telefon, że to planowane, a kolejna, że to niespodziewana awaria, a miałyśmy wylot o 6 rano, co nie było zbyt fajne.
Pobierana prowizja przy zameldowaniu jest zdecydowanie wyższa niż w innych hotelach, a jej zwrot nastąpił po 8 dniach.
