Other than minor hiccups, ibis was a pleasant stay. Mr Ikram, at the Front Office was super accommodating

كانت الخدمة ممتازة اول ما نقولهم على شي يتصرفوا والفطور كويس الهاشبراون اكتر شي عجبني، عندهم مكاين قهوة في مكان الفطور، االغرف عموما نظيفة، احنا اخدنا الغرف في الدور السادس ، مافيها تيليفون ولا مكوى، لكن لمن سألنا قالولنا في غرفة كوي.
قبل سنتين اخدنا في الدور 8 كانت افخم واريح، سألناهم اذا نبغى نغير للدور ال8 قالولنا تدفعوا 30 باوند لليلة

ريحة الحمام كانت مزعجة، والمكيف كان خربان في غرفتنا بس ما كلمناهم، لو كلمناهم كان صلحوه، في غرفة امي وابويا كان المكيف ممتاز.
لمن يدخلوا ينظفوا بس يرتبوا السرير، ما يشيلوا المناديل وتنظيفهم مو تمام
المناشف اللي كانت في الحمام كان عليها بقع ، فما استعملناها

Very good hotel but I think I was given one of their worst rooms.
Pros:

The room was quite big and the bed large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The room that I was given was N244. It's on the 2nd floor, next to the service lift and faces the back yard. I could hear noises from the lift, the HVAC outside units that were located in the back yard and pigeons who were cooing. So, I didn't sleep well because of all these noises.

Pros:

Struttura pulita, con personale gentile e accogliente, e un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero imbattibile. Rispetto a tante strutture della capitale, questa gode di camere ampie, luminose, silenziose, letti comodissimi, e pulizia giornaliera. Pur non avendo scelto la colazione inclusa, abbiamo usufruito del servizio caffetteria, che abbiamo trovato sempre aperto, fino a tarda sera, con prodotti di ottima qualità.
L'hotel, inoltre, è situato in posizione che può inizialmente apparire decentrata, ma collegata perfettamente con metro, bus, e treni.
Attorno alla struttura ci sono tantissimi locali, supermercati, e negozi di vario genere, che rendono la zona viva e dinamica.

È stato tutto perfetto.

L'hotel si trova in posizione leggermente defilata ma strategica per visitare Londra, punti di forza cortesia e professionalità dello staff, vicinanza alle stazioni metro di Earls Court e W Brompton, dimensioni della camera, possibilità di lasciare in custodia i bagagli dopo il ceckout

La sostituzione degli asciugamani, non so se a Londra rappresenti lo standard, sempre puntuale la sostituzione dei teli doccia e del tappetino, completamente assenti gli asciugamani viso

Świetny, odnowiony hotel. Jak na Londyn to wielkość pokoi i wystrój całego hotelu na prawdę super. Za tą cenę coś bliżej centrum wyglądałaby tragicznie. blisko metra. Nowoczesne wnętrza. Dobre śniadania. Godny polecenia. Dobre, ciche okna (muszą być polskie :-). Niespotykane w starszych hotelach w centrum, nawet tych o wiele droższych.

Cons:

czasami nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji łazienkowej. No i mimo iż w Bookingu rejestrowałem się jako gość 3 + 1 co hotel bez problemu uwzględnił a nawet chciał mi dać trójkę bez dostawki tylko pełne łóżka to jednak system Booking nie zapłacił za moje śniadania i mimo iż fizycznie byliśmy w 4 osoby i mieliśmy pełne 4 łóżka + dostawkę (bo chcieliśmy spać 3+1) to mieliśmy 3 śniadania.... ale to wina Bookingu a nie hotelu

Comfortable and easy
Pros:

Very tidy easy to find and the facilities are modern

Cons:

Although advertised as only circa 15 m² there is any place for one suitcase on a stand otherwise the other has to be on the floor somewhere but otherwise the room was fine

De rust in de voldoende ruime kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. De bar waar je savonds nog iets kan drinken of eten. Vriendelijk personeel
