no water bottle for everyday when i ask reception they say only tap water here which is not suitable for us.
This is a good location as it is not far from the underground station and buses pass in front of the hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the staff are excellent. I would stay here again.

The only criticism would be that there wasn’t much space in the room to unpack clothes. Lack of shelves and no drawers.
Siamo arrivati 2h prima e ci hanno subito dato la camera. Letto grande e comodo doccia perfetta camera silenziosa e pulita. Metro a 3 minuti e fermata Bus 74 davanti che porta fino al centro. Colazione buona. Servizio deposito bagagli al check out.
Zona leggermente decentrata 45 minuti da liverpool street station e quindi circa 2 ore da stansted.airport comunque sempre 20/30 min dalle principali attrazioni. Da considerare in fase di preotazione che è collegato bene a heathrow.

We had a really good stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they kindly let us check in early as a room was already available, which was much appreciated.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a very large comfortable bed. Overall, we thought it was excellent value for London, especially considering the location. Only a 5-minute walk from a tube station, making it really convenient for getting around the city.
I had seen a few reviews mentioning issues with the air conditioning, but we stayed during 30°C weather and found the AC worked well. The room stayed comfortable throughout the night and we slept well.
The outside of the hotel looks a little dated, but don’t let that put you off, the interior was lovely and much more modern than you'd expect.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so can’t comment on the food, but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying again.
