Las camas muy cómodas y el baño muy bonito

No había nadie en el bar , nos dijeron que estaba en remodelación pero no se veía ninguna remodelación

Gioiello nel centro storico di Santa Marta
Pros:

Un pccolo boutique Hotel nel centro storico di Santa Marta, un gioiello: location ( a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza Bolivar, a 2 minuti dal molo, ma in una strada silenziosa, staff incredibile, rooftop, colazione a la carte, assistena al cliente, camere ampie e moderne. Credo che sia l’Hotel con il miglior customer service, anche maggiore di altri hotel 5 stelle a Medellin e Bogota’ ( catena ). Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei domani.

Perfect location. Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Amazing location (which is everything in a small place like Santa Marta) close to all of the sights and pick up points for tours. Beautiful clean elegant spacious rooms. Lovely showers and toiletries. Small balconies for hanging swimming clothes. A really nice pool and jacuzzi area on the roof. The staff were really good, upgrading us to a better room for the same price just so that we could be on the same floor as our teenagers.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, took too long to prepare when in a hurry for day trips and the milk was off two days in a row. Something hopefully the hotel can fix because otherwise the hotel is a 10.

Tristemente el Hotel no tiene bonita vista con excepción de la terraza donde está la piscina que si se alcanza a ver un poco la Bahia.

Cons:

De personeel niet vriendelijk. Totaal niet menselijk moeilijk om mee te communiceren ik raad deze hotel echt af voor toeristen want de portier zag er helemaal dronken uit.

El hotel muy bonito, confortable habitaciones, muy aseado, y muy cerca a la playa, centro histórico, parque de los novios.

Cons:

Hubo un día que falló el agua en la habitación, pero fueron muy diligentes y ágiles en buscar solución inmediata
