Bien situado. Hotel moderno y Habitacion cómoda . Personal bien
No es un 5* ni de lejos. El desayuno regular y con pocas opciones. Era Sábado y había mucho ruido de bares por la noche
La atención del personal está llena de amabilidad, las instalaciones del hotel se encuentran impecables e incluyen muchos detalles que lo hacen confortable, la habitación es espaciosa, y su ubicación inmejorable si se desea disfrutar del Centro Histórico.
Amazing location (which is everything in a small place like Santa Marta) close to all of the sights and pick up points for tours. Beautiful clean elegant spacious rooms. Lovely showers and toiletries. Small balconies for hanging swimming clothes. A really nice pool and jacuzzi area on the roof. The staff were really good, upgrading us to a better room for the same price just so that we could be on the same floor as our teenagers.
Breakfast wasn't great, took too long to prepare when in a hurry for day trips and the milk was off two days in a row. Something hopefully the hotel can fix because otherwise the hotel is a 10.

Tristemente el Hotel no tiene bonita vista con excepción de la terraza donde está la piscina que si se alcanza a ver un poco la Bahia.

El hotel muy bonito, confortable habitaciones, muy aseado, y muy cerca a la playa, centro histórico, parque de los novios.
Hubo un día que falló el agua en la habitación, pero fueron muy diligentes y ágiles en buscar solución inmediata

Vereinbarter Flughafentransfer zum Hotel war nicht möglich, da Hotel scheinbar den Termin vershlafen hatte.
