Perfect!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, schoon, lekker groot bed, heerlijke douche. De jacuzzi op het dakterras was ook heel fijn en het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid

Me cancelaron la reserva unas horas antes de entrar, supuestamente porque la piscina estaba inhabilitada y en reparaciones, y uno llegando a Santa Marta a buscar un hotel que se había reservado varios meses atrás y dejaron hasta el último minuto para cancelarlo.

SIN PLANCHA NI TINTO NO BEBIDA
Pros:

Se solicitó acceder a una plancha para organizar la ropa a vestir desde las 6:45 am y siendo la hora de check Out a las 11:15 am NO disponian de planchas NUNCA dieron respuesta (NO HAY NO SE PUEDE) hubo que recurrir a la presion con la administración y efectivamente si accedieron en conseguir una con un hotel vecino. Ademas el hotel NO dispone de un cafe o latte solo lo ofrecen en el desayuno.

Cons:

La gente sale y la ropa se arruga y es necesario poder aplancharla para salir deben tener ese dispositivo a la orden y en caso contrario que ellos ofrezcan el servicio de planchado de ropa.

Buon soggiorno in centro a Cartegena.

La posizione, il fatto di essere un edificio coloniale ed anche lo staff

Cons:

La stanza 1 al piano terra, visto anche il caldo orrido, aveva una temperatura ed una umidità altissima. Bisognava stare sempre con l’ AC accesa.

Alojamento razoável, não é do outro mundo serve para 1/2 noites. Nota-se que está um pouco velho mas a localização é boa. Staff muito simpático.

Die Lage war wirklich gut und relativ ruhig dafür.

Cons:

Das Lunchpaket, statt des Frühstücks im Hotel ist stark verbesserungswürdig, würden wir nicht mehr nehmen.
