Pros:

Esta bastante bien ubicado si quieres estar cerca del vaticano. Lugar tranquilo.

Cons:

Teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, es bastante antiguo pero realiza su funcion.

La colazione in questi giorni era convenzionata con un bar pasticceria ben rifornito, posizione comoda alla metropolitana e vicino al Vaticano

Hotelová restaurace o víkendu zavřená, v sobotu nám hotel zařídil snídani v bistru přes ulici (káva + ceoasaint+ sandwich). V neděli jsme dostali na recepci papírovou tašku s jogurtem , jablkem, nutelou a croasaintem). V pondělí byla Hotelová restaurace otevřená a vše bylo ok.

Great location and staff, but bedbugs and poor breakfast ruined it.
Pros:

The booking process was smooth and they were very responsive. As for the hotel itself, the location is excellent, right next to the metro station. The staff was polite, and putting the bedbug issue aside, the room was nice, quiet, and equipped with working air-conditioning. The bathroom was also very nice.
The beds in the room were quite small.
Unfortunately, there were major issues. I stayed for 3 nights, and by the last day, I realized that the itchy red marks on my skin were bedbug bites. This is a serious hygiene issue.
Additionally, due to ongoing renovations, there was no proper breakfast buffet despite it being included in our price. On Friday, they gave us a €5 voucher for a nearby cafe. However, over the weekend and on Monday (which was a holiday), the cafe was closed. The hotel's solution was to hand us a paper bag with just a yogurt, an apple, a croissant, a jam, and a rusk—with absolutely no coffee.
It’s a shame because the hotel has potential and friendly staff, but they urgently need to do a deep pest control and improve their breakfast service.

Familiekamer geboekt en twee aparte kamers gekregen
Restaurant en terras gesloten
Eerste ochtend ergens anders het ontbijt moeten gaan benuttingen wat enorm tegenviel
Armzalig ontbijt croissant koffie water of fruitsap. En dit in vergelijking met wat het restaurant ons zou hebben aangeboden in buffetvorm is dit absoluut niet ok .één kamer deur badkamer ging niet op slot ,wc spoelde niet goed door, airco veel lawaai en de stopcontacten op beide kamers werkten niet goed
Bij vertrekt was er nog niets hersteld
Wij vragen dan ook een terugbetaling van de boeking

Location is the only one advantages. Besides, being advertized as a 4 stars hotel, my comment is that it is only a 2 stars hotel the maximum. No room wifi, buffet breakfast changed into one bread and a drink due to restaurant renovation , cannot be acceptable, . Poor or unprofessional manner from front desk gentlemen. Dirty room with old or broken furnitures. So many negative experience. For scoring the hotel from 1 to 5, I will give score 0 (zero). Definitely will not stay again.

O restaurante estava fechado e só nós comunicaram no momento do check in que não estavam a servir o pequeno-almoço. Fizemos a reserva com o pequeno-almoço incluído e tinamos que nos deslocar para uma gelataria a dois quarteirões do hotel, com a duas opções a escolha, 1 croassant e 1 caputino ou 1 bolo e 1 sumo, péssimo!!! Além disso os quartos são todos de carpetes e estão muito sujos e velhos.

Pros:

I booked a room with 2 twins, one queen and a sofa sleeper. I booked this for 5 persons. When I arrived the booking was for 4 persons and no sofa sleeper though that also showed in my reservations. This left us short one bed and no recourse but to double up. The hotel is older but well kept. The breakfast was nice. I would probably not stay here again. It was near all the things we wanted to do.
