Facility was great
Staff member Liz K treated my guest very inappropriately and ruined my entire experience. Was accused of having illegal substances and having the room over capacity. When cops arrived we was proved to be innocent of all accusations and was still kicked out of room early. I will not be returning as I feel the staff member Liz K had racially motivated attempt in lying on me and my guest.
Attending Brewers game, so easy to go back and forth.

Controlling the temperature in the living room vs bedroom. Bedroom was excellent. Couldn’t get the living room warm enough
The room was clean.
You could stock your bar with better varieties of wine and beer. We understand the free drinks can’t be top shelf but for the guest who like and are willing to pay for better wine there were zero choices. Breakfast was a big disappointment, the fresh cooked omelets are usually good, not that this location.
Liked everything for the most part.
If you would want a more quiet environment then it might be too many kids for the weekend. The pool should have more time (6-7PM), that would be dinner for kids, so only adults could swim. As of now it is 10-11 PM without kids jumping on your head. Thank you !

I reserved at rate of $139. After I rec'd bill I realized I was charged at different rate each day up to $176. This is false advertising & very inappropriate. Can not TRUST Embassy Suites!!!

The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious.
The room seemed clean, at first glance, but when we opened up the sofa bed it was full of crumbs. There were also some maintenence issues, like sharp nails poking out of the bathroom door, the faceplate in the main door jam was loose, and the toilet did not flush well.
Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly. Room was perfect size for our family of 5.
Breakfast was chaotic and a lot of things like plates, cups, and silverware took a long time to get restocked.
