Had a great stay at this property. Spoke with Haley about the great promotions going on with Hilton with even better prices. If you’re planning on going anywhere this is the way to do it! The hotel was comfortable and the staff at the front and restaurant were great as well. Highly recommend this hotel

This property was great! I enjoyed the happy hour and enjoyed talking to Haley with Hilton Vacations about the promotions going on with Hilton! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area for the happy hour and free drinks but also great vacation deals!

We booked more than 60 guest rooms through an assigned travel company, and unfortunately our experience with the sales department fell well below expectations.

Throughout the planning process, multiple commitments regarding our meeting space were changed, requiring us to repeatedly adjust our team's plans. The two complimentary guest rooms that were ultimately provided for our team meetings and competition preparation were later scheduled to be taken away with less than two hours' notice based on the incorrect assumption that they were not being used. I had to make a phone call and send email explaining why the rooms were essential before the decision was reversed and we were allowed to keep them. This situation created unnecessary stress at a time when our focus should have been on supporting our athletes.

We were also very concerned to learn that staff had entered or inspected our guest rooms without notifying us and concluded they were vacant, despite our team actively using them throughout the competition.

Another concern involved the handling of confidential documents. The sales department emailed me a signed cake waiver, but the document contained another customer's name and signature instead of ours. Receiving another guest's signed document raises serious concerns about the handling of confidential guest information and internal processes.

I do want to recognize the Food & Beverage team for providing excellent service. Despite receiving our request with only about two hours' notice, they graciously accommodated an earlier dinner start time and were professional, responsive, and helpful. Their willingness to assist helped make our team event successful and was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve these concerns before our departure, I never received a follow-up from the General Manager after missing his call. I left both a voicemail and an email requesting the opportunity to discuss these issues and reach a resolution prior to checking out, but my messages went unanswered. I was disappointed that no attempt was made to contact me, especially given the seriousness of the concerns and the size of our group's stay. A timely response and willingness to address the situation would have demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction and service recovery.

Overall, while we appreciated the outstanding service provided by the Food & Beverage team, our experience with the sales department and the lack of follow-up from hotel management created significant disruption and unnecessary stress throughout our stay. Given the size of our group and the amount of business we brought to the hotel, we expected a much higher level of communication, professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.

Jasmin helped us out with securing our next vacation, she was very thorough & personable. Our interaction with her was the icing on the cake to a great stay!

I really liked the size of the room and bathroom. It was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly.

Nice location. The hotel was very clean and our room was great! Breakfast was good and the staff was great.

The suite was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfy. We always travel with our own down pillows because a lot of hotels have uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. Not this one. The pillows were so comfy that I had to look and find the tag to see if I could find them online.

I travel extensively for business and find this to be one of the most comfortable hotels to stay in. The front desk is friendly and helpful, you can count on daily housekeeping service and the dining options are a big plus for the business traveler. I especially like the room layouts for the 2 bedroom suite. 5/5 highly recommend.
