Our stay was disappointing. Will never book with Embassy again.
Pros:

I liked the omelet.

Cons:

The sink in our room was not draining down. The ac unit in our room did not have air coming through to the bedroom. For the price we paid we were expecting a clean pool and jacuzzi. Very disappointed that all it had was a pool and it was not maintenance. The water looked dirty, towels were everywhere, people's left over food was all over the seats, and again no jacuzzi for the size of this hotel and price was a disappointing. The breakfast lines were horrible and had no structure as to where the lines should go. The omelet lines were ridiculously long. People should get what they paid for not turned down because staff wants to make sure they close breakfast down before 9am. Kids were running around everywhere and the breakfast food always ran out. There were not enough seats and people had to wait to sit and eat.

Pros:

Great value. Breakfast was worth the price. Evening reception was a nice added feature.

Cons:

We asked for towels and an extra pillow on two different nights and never received either. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel but we ended up not getting things we asked for multiple times.

Great stay! Friendly, helpful staff, big rooms, clean, good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was included and pretty good. Hotel was clean. Staff went above and beyond, we accidentally left items behind and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, the room was quite large.

Cons:

Design of the hotel is a bit dated, but it was fine.

Disappointing. Won’t go back.

Beautiful lobby. Courteous staff.

Cons:

Old, lumpy mattress gave me an extremely sore back. Have never slept on such a horrible mattress. Also, TV situated on opposite side of room. When in bed one has to twist head all the way to the left to watch TV. Also found print over toilet disturbing. ( Photo attached)

It was very clean and friendly.
Pros:

Clean, breakfast was delicious, all workers were very friendly, the pillows were very soft and comfortable. All in all will be staying frequently.

Amazing experience
Pros:

I was in town to celebrate my graduation. Joshua was at the front desk and greeted us warmly. We arrived after 10 PM and he gave us a bag with water and snacks, which was very nice. The next morning,we ate breakfast. Liliana was at the omelette station and was polite and cooked our omelettes. It was delicious. Val worked in the food area and gave my friend extra syrup and helped us out. Finally, we met Jasmin, a Hilton Grand vacation representative. She helped me purchase a getaway package. Jasmin was extremely helpful and very kind, and we I enjoyed talking with her. We wished we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this hotel. The food, service and hospitality were excellent.

Pros:

Jasmine was very professional in her presentation of packages offered. She was not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable about her packages. Been unfortunately nothing worked with our schedule at this time at this time.

Pros:

The quality of the room is very high.

Cons:

The electrix socket is the American one. For international traveller there is an option in the lamp but I noticed it very late. Mw phone battery died when I arrive so the very first night waa not peaceful for me.

Happy customer and great staff.
Pros:

It’s truly a beautiful place. It was clean and nice. Had a bar and restaurant in the middle.

Cons:

You can tell it’s an older property and does have signs of wear and tear, but they have been good about keeping it up. Was a little let down by the evening snacks choices, but hey it’s no extra money and the free drinks are nice.
