Pros:

I really liked the size of the room and bathroom. It was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like that the omelet station opened late. I think it should open at the same time as breakfast does. I also did not like that the hallways had trash and plates left out and housekeeping did not pick it up. I left my room in the morning, and some rooms would leave their plates and forks outside their door and when I returned in the evening the items and trash was still there, but our rooms were cleaned.

Comfortable clean rooms
Pros:

The suite was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfy. We always travel with our own down pillows because a lot of hotels have uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. Not this one. The pillows were so comfy that I had to look and find the tag to see if I could find them online.

Cons:

The shower gel smells like crushed pine needles. Horrible!
The setup with the inside windows and black “scaffolding” ceiling gives the hotel a Death Star vibe.

Suites are spacious and well layed out.
Pros:

I travel extensively for business and find this to be one of the most comfortable hotels to stay in. The front desk is friendly and helpful, you can count on daily housekeeping service and the dining options are a big plus for the business traveler. I especially like the room layouts for the 2 bedroom suite. 5/5 highly recommend.

Great Location
Pros:

Hotel is located in a nice location. Rooms are old but has been maintained well. Breakfast is good enough. Staff in the front office are efficient and friendly. Jasmine on the lobby was quite helpful and was able to share some local area information.

Conference room rented for our work is not uptown the latest level of technology and lighting and ambience can be really improved

Our stay was disappointing. Will never book with Embassy again.
Pros:

I liked the omelet.

Cons:

The sink in our room was not draining down. The ac unit in our room did not have air coming through to the bedroom. For the price we paid we were expecting a clean pool and jacuzzi. Very disappointed that all it had was a pool and it was not maintenance. The water looked dirty, towels were everywhere, people's left over food was all over the seats, and again no jacuzzi for the size of this hotel and price was a disappointing. The breakfast lines were horrible and had no structure as to where the lines should go. The omelet lines were ridiculously long. People should get what they paid for not turned down because staff wants to make sure they close breakfast down before 9am. Kids were running around everywhere and the breakfast food always ran out. There were not enough seats and people had to wait to sit and eat.

Cons:

We asked for towels and an extra pillow on two different nights and never received either. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel but we ended up not getting things we asked for multiple times.

Great stay! Friendly, helpful staff, big rooms, clean, good breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was included and pretty good. Hotel was clean. Staff went above and beyond, we accidentally left items behind and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, the room was quite large.

Cons:

Design of the hotel is a bit dated, but it was fine.
