Ottimo albergo ma non è accessibile in sedia a rotelle

Il personale è estremamente cordiale

Cons:

L'entrata non è accessibile in sedia a rotelle e anche l'ascensore impossibile da usare.
Se fossi stato da solo, come spesso faccio, sarebbe stato un incubo. Peccato poi se non avessi potuto godere della cordialità del personale.

Pros:

We opted in for breakfast and thought the offerings were plentiful. Staff was courteous and helpful with parking, etc.
Our room was very clean and plenty of space for three people. The tram right outside the hotel made it easy to get to multiple locations

Great am definably coming back
Pros:

The place and staff were very good am actually going back to pick my luggage on 24th and the tram passes Infront of the hotel I think every 15mins, there are so many restaurants around.

Cons:

Include charging adaptors in the rooms, though they assisted me, the rates are slightly high for bed only, if they can have bed and breakfast with that amount this will save on time and money to look for breakfast outside

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Das wir nicht informiert wurden das Bauarbeiten stattfanden im Buchungsprozess und dann von 9-17 Uhr massive Lärmentwicklungen waren mit Presslufthämmern und allem was das Herz begehrt.
Es war selbst unmöglich sich im Zimmer zu unterhalten. Selbst nach dem Zimmerumzug war das andere Zimmer in einem Zustand von ca. 1980 - inkl. verschimmelten Zimmern massiv abgewohnt.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und im Preis bei ca. 500€ für 2 Nächte ist das unannehmbar!

Wie das Hotel bei Booking so positive Bewertungen abbekommen hat ist mir völlig rätselhaft.

Übrigens haben wir das Hotel nur wegen der positiven Bewertungen hier gebucht.

Per ristrutturazione alle interno dell’albergo, non è stato possibile riposare nel primo pomeriggio dato il rumore assordante dei martelli pneumatici.
