Couldn't get a late check out unfortunately
I like the overall for all 6 day.

The hotel room was clean. The shower heads are a bit low so for taller folks this might be an issue
In the pool there were a lot of white stuff maybe undissolved cholrine settled at the bottom, so when the water was stirred ul it floated around us
The pool, gym and restaurant were better than I expected
The room had a dehumidifier in it which I emptied out 3 times whilst there for 5 nights. First night the bed felt slightly damp
parking, friendly staff, food at KAVA was good.
rooms very clean but would suggest rugs in the room as the floors get slippery due to condensation from the a/c . Breakfast choices could be more varied.

I’m really glad I chose this hotel for my solo trip. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the hotel itself is very comfortable. Great location with easy access to the Savannah and other restaurants nearby.
I didn't like that current in the area left and the hotel had no generator to back up. The elevator wasn't working, staff were not aware and on the 2nd floor in the staircase the door had no handle to pull for us to get on the floor, very unsafe.
It was lovely! The staff was great, nice, and attentive. The restaurant had great food and a GORGEOUS view of Port of Spain. Nice location. Everything was clean and overall I had a really positive experience.
I think the rooms can use a bit of updating. They are nice and clean and functional, but maybe a tab bit dated. Also the bar closed before 9:30. It should stay open later.
An ok hotel, good for a few nights stay. They partner with an excellent taxi/shuttle service to and from the airport. Ricky was an amazing, friendly driver who made us feel comfortable the entire ride. Overall good experience
