Comfortable stay and delicious meals
Pros:

Kapok Hotel is great for couples. It has the advantage of having 2 restaurants. KAVA is good to have drinks and unwind. Tiki Village has delicious meals with an impressive view, both in the night and day! Very impressed with their breakfast! I have already recommended Kapok to my friends.

Quick trip to Tnt
Pros:

Kapok is a great location, their food is tasty and it's also near other Food spots. The price is affordable. The Staff are very nice.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and well presented.
The only downside side is the music. Which was very 80s and 90s.

Convenient and Friendly
Pros:

Convenient to POS. Very nice pizza. Easy walk to shopping plaza and other restaurants. Easy to drive to. Close to Savannah

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, and perfect location. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was the perfect size for me.

Cons:

The shower stall was too small and I am petite. And the Tiki Village restaurant is apparently not open on Monday's and Tuesday's, which was disappointing.

Always a solid choice in Port of Spain
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel several times and it is always a reliable choice. The breakfast is simple, but has everything you need and changes daily. The gym is well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. And the location is relatively close to two grocery stores and several restaurants. The staff are very helpful and glad to arrange safe transport anywhere you need to go. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The treadmill in the gym should be updated as it is showing its age. The wifi was generally pretty good, but could use a little more boosting to ensure adequate coverage in all areas.

Great experience at the Kapok
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating for my friend and I. The pool was well maintained, private and lovely! Make time to get a pizza from Kava-and the coffee there was really good.

Our room was clean and organized- with plenary of storage space for all of our stuff.

The location is great- central enough to get anywhere you want to go but still quiet. A quick walk to the zoo and arboretum.

Cons:

Bedroom card key persistently failed to open our door (room 380). Failure blamed on mobile phone proximity??? Constantly having to return to reception to have the problem fixed. Ended up with six different key cards by the time of checkout.
