Our biggest disappointment was the receptionist who welcomed us at around 1:00 AM. It was our first time in San Francisco, and we only asked for basic help with parking our rental car. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, he was very rude and repeatedly told us that it was not his job. This left us with a very poor first impression.

朝ごはんが美味しかった。スタッフは親切だった。ロビーの暖炉が温かく、フリードリンクもあって良かったです。場所も街の中でケーブルカー駅もすぐでとても便利でした。

Cons:

上階や道路の騒音が喧しかった。バスルームのお湯が少量しか出ず、寒かった。

Perfect location & price
Pros:

Perfect location, close to all the main touristic areas and financial neighborhood. Breakfast was perfect for what we paid.

Cons:

Beds mattress are not comfy and the room can be more clean but no was in bad conditions.

The Parking problem ruined it
Pros:

Cleanliness. Breakfast. Decor. Desk services were great. Friendly.

Cons:

They advertised ample parking, but we had walk nearly 3 blocks and climb a steep hill or walk nearly 3 blocks and climb 2 sets of stairs, past homeless and stepping around or over their body waste and rotting food. The whole way was was filthy. My wife is 80 and I am 83. We both have walking issues.

Non posso fare una valutazione per la camera perché ho vissuto una odissea ho prenotato la camera a nome della mia società LaserieA SAGL. E quando sono arrivato là non me l hanno data perché volevano uno che si chiamava LaserieA SAGL ho fatto vedere la mia carta di credito dove avevo pagato su booking. Che c’era scritto sia il mio nome e cognome che la mia società LaserieA SAGL ma un portiere ignorante che non sa fare il suo lavoro mi ha negato. Io non pago assolutamte questa camera sono cliente. Genius mandiamo tanti nostri clienti con booking dapertutto basta guardare le prenotazioni ma ho vissuto un incubo cortesemente non voglio pagare una camera che non mi han consegnato e ho dovuto prendere semrpe con voi un altro hotel. Vi ringrazio e aspetto Los torno di questa camera anche perché sono disonesti hanno cambiato la prenotazione che era di 3 notti a una sola cosa che credo non si può fare è vietato da voi.
