Beautiful San Francisco stay
Pros:

Beautiful stay here. Reception was warm and friendly with a prompt check-in. Love the decor of this hotel that is both classy yet modern. Complimentary gin martinis and wine were the great start to a wonderful evening in San Francisco. The room was lovely and this was maybe the best bed and linens of our entire stay in California. Location was fantastic and we felt safe. Parking was just a short walk down 1 block…we used the White House garage and had no problems. Will definitely return here to Galleria Park

Cons:

The street-facing rooms are very noisy due to old single-pane windows—it feels like you're sleeping right out on the street. Be sure to ask for a room facing the courtyard.

​Other than that, it's a wonderful and very cozy hotel with fantastic staff.

Liked the historic nature of the building, architecture, etc. Staff was friendly & helpful.
Pros:

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small. Too much street noise at night into the early morning. Sound proof windows would help.

Hearing too much street noise in the early hours of the morning. Attributable to, I think, garbage collection across the street.. 2am

The hotel seemed to me a renovated old hotel. It is new with historical touches in the design, entrance, elevators, and corridors.

Very good service at the front desk, very kind and helpful. Great location.

Cons:

There are garbage collection under the window on Sunday very early which made a lot of noise. But other than that the hotel was very good

Mooie, schone kamer op hele centrale locatie.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met groot tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank.
Heel schoon en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De badkamer was aan de kleine kant met name de doucheruimte.
Maar er was wel een extra wastafel met ruime voor toiletartikelen in de kamer.

I loved this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The building is gorgeous, the location is excellent, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy. There was noise from the street which is to be expected in the city but we could also hear people in the hallway when we were in our room with the door closed. Luckily there weren't any loud groups in the middle of the night.
