Pros:

Very clean, close to many restaurants, quick check in. nly complaint is that on the website it said the pizza/bar open until 10:00 everyday. It is actually open til 9:00 Sunday thru Thursday. After I went down at 9:05 and found it closed, I saw a small sign in the lobby stating that. Also, staff at front desk could be a little friendlier, as well as woman working at the bar.

I liked the proximity to universal

Cons:

The refrigerator didnt work. I had to call 3 times took almost 50 minutes. The tv wouldnt shut off it turned to a grey screen. Plus the young lady that registered me lacked customer service. Very dry and serious

Pros:

I was in room 407. I stayed in Orlando Florida on International Drive. I also had a room with 2 queen beds.

Cons:

You should not have to pay for parking as a guest. That should be included in the price of your staying at the hotel. Also, if you want to make sure that it's your guest that's parking in your parking lot, then make it mandatory that they register their car whether it is a rental or personal.

Pros:

Our flight was delayed so we had a problem picking up our car then when we called the hotel to let them know that we were coming in later than planned. They couldn't find our reservation. The people on the other end searched for over an hour and a half. I think searching for a reservation and they finally found it. By the time we got in. They asked what time we'd be in and I we decided like 4:00 a.m. The woman that was dealing with us stayed at the front counter till we checked in and was amazing. Told us that we could sleep until whenever we needed to that. We were checking out the next day instead of that day knowing what time we got in and we still had to leave when we planned on because we had other stuff but I wanted to recommend that this woman is praised and I wish I could remember her name.

Pros:

Cama confortável, bom chuveiro, funcionários gentis, estacionamento grande e ótima localização.

Cons:

A acústica não é boa, hoje 21/05/26 eu estava hospedada no 15º andar e por volta de 7am um hóspede começou a gritar muito, parecia agressivo, acordei muito assustada e com medo, acho que ninguém foi checar o que estava acontecendo.
A cortina não tampa muito bem a janela e o quarto não fica escuro.

Personal amable.

Cons:

Es un hotel decepcionante, no volvería.
La relación precio-calidad es mala, no lo recomiendo. Se pueden encontrar mucho mejores alternativas e incluso mas económicas, que cuentan con sala de estar y cocina.
No limpian la pieza, hacen las camas cada dos días y no te avisan. Finalmente cuando uno está de vacaciones y viene a los parques, llegas cansado y no quieres estar haciendo camas…
Es mi quinta vez en Orlando y es el desayuno más deficiente que he visto. No hay queso, ni jamón, bollería…
Tuvimos que comprar jabón para la ducha porque se acabó y no se dieron cuenta para reponer…
Instalación antigua…
No volvería.
