You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

The room and Bathroom is huge. Great view from the large windows on the 14th floor. King size bed was comfortable. Close to shopping, convenience store, theme parks and restaurants

Cons:

$20 for parking with no security. If it was a secured lot or garage it would be fine.

Great location, accommodating staff, nice hotel and views.
Pros:

The location is amazing due to being close to almost everything. Especially when going to Halloween Horror Nights as universal studios is between a 20-30 minute walk and a 5-10 minute drive. In addition to that, the staff that was there was very professional, accommodating, and semi friendly.

Cons:

The front desk notified us as soon as checking in that the room was ready early which I was ecstatic for as I was going to Halloween Horror Nights and wanted to start early and due to this got a lot done, however, upon entering the room it was apparent that the room was not cleaned well. Being easy going and being in the hospitality industry I let it go at first with the curtains but as the next day prolonged we noticed more things. Immediately we brought this to the front desks attention. They informed us that house keeping would come and fix it and they did not nor was any resolution past that offered. Breakfast was decently surprising and good with a variety of options and the gentlemen who served us I believe his name was Alex was amazing. I was just alarmed at what appeared to be bodily fluids on sheets? Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves. It’s clean in the sense of no bugs or anything crazy out of the ordinary but they sincerely need to take the guest word seriously, stick true to their word, and before checking people in make sure the room is clean.

Camas muito desconfortáveis. Vc afunda no colchão. A cortina é horrível. Entra muita luz no quarto. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar.

Good location, close to some parks

Cons:

I sent a message to the hotel twice 2-3 days before arriving and 1 day before through this website, no one replied. I called several times on the day of check-in, no one picked up.
There was no hair conditioner.
We stayed on the 4th floor, you can hear a lot of noise from the street.
