Pros:

Beautiful place to stay and very convenient to places to enjoy.

Cons:

No microwave in room. I am disabled and it was not easy for me to keep going back down to the main floor just to heat up leftovers.

Great nice hotel, with nice rooms and uncomplicated parking!
Pros:

Nice hotel, great price, great location and parking fee was better than expected!

Cons:

The outside bar lacked and left enough to be desired, as a matter fact we found the person (lady ) which is rare in Orlando manning the bar to be unpleasant at times, super lazy and acted as if she did not want to help and/or take or make our of order, also get rid of the 22% tip add on to any check, if makes a person not want to tip anything at all, especially when paying for the specials you have, you could make more money if u give great food and drink rates with a better attitude! And try to keep the pool cleaner.

Pros:

Four Points... more like ten points from check-in to check-out it was a pleasure. The second shift supervisor was the best!!! me and my girlfriend loved her sincerely. She was extremely nice and welcoming and made the stay 100x better than I could have ever asked for. Shout out to the team here they are amazing!!!. Another major plus was the amazing smell in the lobby and facilities. Will most definitely stay again!!!!!

Love the Hotel hate the unbelievable fees.
Pros:

I love how quiet it is the city view and how clean they keep it.

Cons:

I don’t like how high the price is and still charge for everything that’s crazy. What’s even more crazy $25 parking. I always think about coming here till I remember that fee of a whole $25 just park when you already paid to stay.
