I wish they would not advertise suit with city view if can’t honor it

It was really clean staff was good

Cons:

They advertise a city view suit to get a room on the 4th floor looking at a parking lot. When I complained the rep adv that’s how they advertise gave me a room on a high floor which was a bit smaller and the view still not that great.

What didn’t we like!!! As soon as we entered the lobby we were greeted and offered complimentary champagne. The room was spacious and clean

Great hospitality, but i did not get value for money
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was dated, torn ,worn out carpet with stains. Didnt feel clean at all. Head boards needed replacing. Not enough lighting for a buisness occupant.

Top service in top hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient stay, room clean and comfortable. Nice lobby and good breakfast, but the personnel tops it even more. Extremely helpful and guest oriented., I truly appreciate it. Huge thank you to Jerricka for her professional and friendly approach, also to applause to Waldo for his quick and professional help with my safe issue.

i’m from California. Every time I come to fort lauderdale I stay only at the westin. The staff are super friendly and super helpful. JERRICA CHECKED ME IN AND OUT DURING MY STAY AND THERE WAS A MIXUP IN THE SYSTEM, SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSURE THAT I WASN’T CHARGED EXTRA!! talk about customer service also the beautiful Mamacita at the bar 10 out of 10 always smiling always so full of energy!! 10/10

Pros:

Jerrika and Jalen are the bomb.com. I had an amazing experience. I had a few hangups getting checked in. Jalen stepped in like a True boss helped me get in registered and took care of me as a guest . This is an amazing place clean hotel and very accommodating. They advise me on where to go to eat the local food and showed me all of the amenities. Children were extremely happy. Y’all have a customer for Life , every time I’m in the Fort Lauderdale area. I will be checking for the Westin Only!
