The receptionist at night was very nasty, the room was decent but not cleaned when we’d leave.

Good but the restaurant menu needs a bit more variety
Pros:

Big and clean room, comfortable bed, very nice staff.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed so one had to eat at the bar which was quite loud. The menu is also small.

Cons:

It was way farther away from the hotel to be advertised as a hotel airport. It also had a lot of carpet, an old leather ratty couch in the bedroom. Overall, it just did not give clean Lynze and almost gave creepy vibes.

I wish they would not advertise suit with city view if can’t honor it

It was really clean staff was good

Cons:

They advertise a city view suit to get a room on the 4th floor looking at a parking lot. When I complained the rep adv that’s how they advertise gave me a room on a high floor which was a bit smaller and the view still not that great.

We are coming back
Pros:

What didn’t we like!!! As soon as we entered the lobby we were greeted and offered complimentary champagne. The room was spacious and clean
