Location was perfect !
Pros:

My colleague and I was only there for a few hours overnight and had an early shuttle ride to the airport for a flight out. Everything in the hotel was as expected and the staff were super nice and helpful. I am certain I will be visiting again in the near future.

Cons:

That we didn't have time to enjoy the facility and the amenities.

Great stay for early/late flights
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Super close to the airport. Room was clean. Cookies were tasty!

Cons:

"AC smell" was heavy. The building is a bit older in parts. I feel bad because the staff were genuinely great and I'm sure they're aware of the AC smell.

Make sure you get the room you reserved.
Pros:

The rooms were good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We had a supposedly ADA room with a roll in shower. We had to switch rooms 3 times before we were given the room we had reserved. And paid for.
We should not have had to do that. We should have been given the room we reserved and paid for!

Pros:

Dump. Terrible carpet. Awful bar and food. Couldn't even wind down with a good TV experience. Stay a few miles down the road. The proximity to CVG is not worth it.
