Great experiences
Pros:

We always stay here for early flights the next day. Cookies = amazing. The most recent trip, I was blown away by the staff. So quick and courteous. Especially, Tyra at check in. It set the tone for a great vacation!! My family agrees.

All the Staff was so pleasant and accommodating
Pros:

Everything was clean and smelled nice

Cons:

We had a little trouble getting to the hotel, because it’s attached to the airport. We did 2 laps before we figured it out.

It was good. I just hope they update the rooms
Pros:

Great customer service from staff. They all were wonderful. And so close to the Airport was great

Cons:

The room was out dated and there was dust and you could tell the sweeper was not ran for awhile behind the desk, table or beds.

Walking into the D.T. I thought I walked into a beautiful palace. People were very helpful and friendly.
