Due stelle non giustificano tutto

Esperienza pessima! Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la struttura si è rivelata molto al di sotto di qualsiasi aspettativa: camera sporca e trascurata, muffa sul soffitto, cambio biancheria a caro prezzo, bagno in cattive condizioni, insetti sul cuscino e inesistente manutenzione generale.

Il caldo era insopportabile e, in assenza di aria condizionata, il ventilatore presente era totalmente insufficiente. Dopo aver trovato un pinguino inutilizzato negli spazi comuni e averlo portato in camera per riuscire a dormire, è stato rimosso dalla stanza durante la nostra assenza senza alcun avviso o spiegazione.

Anche la gestione degli ospiti è stata pessima: nessun interesse al check-out per eventuali problemi riscontrati. I 279 euro pagati per due notti sono assolutamente sproporzionati rispetto al servizio ricevuto.

La peggiore esperienza alberghiera mai avuta: pulizia, rispetto e professionalità dovrebbero prescindere dalle stelle. Non torneremo e non la consiglieremmo a nessuno!

Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto gentile nel soddisfare le nostre necessità. Ci hanno addirittura cambiato la camera, poiché la prima era molto piccola per due persone e un cane.

Cons:

La posizione centrale ha il problema del caos notturno, la stanza affaccia sulla strada e di notte si dorme a fatica.

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'isola.

Ambiente familiare, stanza pulita, colazione soddisfacente. Consigli su spiagge e luoghi da visitare da parte dello staff, molto comodo. Porto Azzurro molto bello, con tutti i servizi per una bella vacanza.

Alcune manutenzioni che andrebbero fatte per migliorare la struttura.
