Staff at check in was amazing
The air conditioning was incredibly loud and couldn’t sleep. Bed was very uncomfortable
So close to the destination my son would be getting his degree.

Rooms really big so clean and great bars and facilities! Highly recommend
The location was just out of downtown so a good 10 minute walk to get to food cafes and restaurants.
It was really hot when there so punish of a walk just to grab a coffee but…. Free blue downtown bus and orange stock yard bus stop directly outside hotel which was handy in the heat!
It was very clean and convenient for the reason we were in Fort Worth
Everything really nice
There was construction
Noise all night couldn’t sleep
Could not sleep
I went for the daughters of the Republican convention and had a lovely time. Chris at the valet line was excellent and got my car with a speediness that was fantastic and he was kind and engaging.
This hotel is in a great location and highly recommend staying here to other
Sneh was with wonderful and so helpful. He helped a bunch of old ladies coming into a conference with so much stuff. He was so kind and so helpful to everyone. I would highly recommend him and his staff to everyone.
Great experience! Karla was a rockstar. Group of 15 and she killed it.
Parking is too expensive because they know that if there is no parking on the road, you have to park in the garage 48 a day
Our stay at Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel was extremely underwhelming, especially given that we were there for a special event hosted by the hotel.
The buffet served at the event was frankly inedible—rubbery chicken, tough beef, and burnt potato wedges. It set the tone for the rest of the experience.
The room itself was an adequate size, but the windows were so filthy you couldn’t see outside. This became especially frustrating during a severe weather alert in the middle of the night—we could hear hail but had no visibility to even tell what was happening outside.
Housekeeping was completely nonexistent. Our room was never serviced—no made beds, no fresh towels, nothing. There wasn’t even a door tag to request service.
Basic amenities and information were also lacking. There were no menus, no literature about things to do in Fort Worth, and no guidance for guests at all. The bathroom didn’t have accessible outlets for styling tools, and while there were plugs near the table, there was no mirror nearby—so getting ready meant doing your hair blindly unless you brought your own mirror.
The location is good, but that’s about the only positive. Overall, this hotel fell far short, and we won’t be staying here again.
Bathroom lighting was great.
I couldn't watch all the channels. I wanted to watch Golden Girls but the channel didn't work until the night before I was to leave.
