Great location in the middle of the town. Warm and cosy, large room with balcony Transport to and from the railway station. Nice easy walk around the lake.
No coffee or tea making facilities in room. Limited breakfast items but what was there was delicious.

I would normally give this hotel 3 stars out of 5, but I with the lack of service I give it 2 stars.
Nothing special. The basics are covered, but that's about it. However, the service we received was subpar. And it wasn't just poor service. Each member of hotel team from the front desk to the restaurant staff seemed to be put out by us even being there.
On our recent trip, we spent time in London, Paris, Bayeux, Lausanne, Zermatt, St. Moritz and Bellagio. This hotel was by far the worst one we stayed in and only one from our trip that we will not return to.

Great family owned hotel in St Moritz for our 1 night stay switching Bernina Express to Glacier Express. Clean, comfortable & tiny hotel. What made the real difference was the dedicated attention of all the staff, eager to help us in any matter. Really nice. Would recommend it with no doubt. They also have a free shuttle to the train station, very necessary in a city like St Moritz, built on the hill side. They also have a restaurant. Breakfast was very good as well

We loved this place - despite reading some poor reviews we could not fault the staff - friendly and fun and food was excellent- this is the happening place out of season
