The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were bright and clean. The water was fantastic. Dinner on the patio was excellent. Breakfast in the restaurant was perfect.
Only thing that was a little annoying was the street noice in the morning. But to be expected because the hotel is in the center of town.

The location was very easy to get to and grab a bus to the gondolas
No Ac and that the windows did not open up further. In the summer it gets a little hot and noisy outside with the windows open. A ceiling fan would help.
The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming, and Benedict was always willing to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, including gluten-free items. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and comfort.

No A/C in the room. The room was so hot. We opened the window to cool down the room. We heard the street and vehicle noise entire night. We could not sleep well.
