צוות שירותי , אדיב ומסביר פנים . מלון נבדר וארוחת בוקר נהדרת.נהננו מאוד

ארוחת בוקר עשירה , מושקעת מגוונת בתוספת של .חלב טבעוני , לחם ללא גלוטן , גבינת עיזים הכינו לנו חביתות שרצינו , כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו .

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Alt, Zimmer muffig. Tag und Nacht störendes Brummen durch Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer (Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet), ich musste mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen. Durch gesperrte Straßen/Einbahnstrassen ist die eigene Anfahrt mit dem Auto eine Herausforderung und man braucht vom Hotel einen QR Code, keine Parkplatz Garantie

Location is fantastic

Cons:

There was construction work going on outside the room. But needs must. Warning, if parking at the hotel read messages from the hotel re access for getting into the town and the car park. Also only very small car. Was certainly an experience leaving the hotel!

Hotel a precisar de um olhar atento na manutenção
Pros:

A localização é óptima para quem quer estar no centro de Sintra. As áreas comuns do hotel são boas, o pequeno almoço jeitoso, há vistas óptimas para as montanhas

Cons:

Segunda visita a este hotel e foi decepcionante. Felizmente tinham-se enganado a fazer as camas e tiveram de nos trocar de quarto, porque o primeiro quarto em que nos puseram estava a precisar de manutenção urgente: bolor na parede por baixo da grelha do AC, torneira do wc solta, parede do quarto toda escavacada, portas do armário a precisar de serem pintadas - quarto 605. Felizmente mudámos para o 707 e, embora haja coisas que estão a precisar de um olhar mais atento e de uma revisão, o quarto está com condições muito melhores. Tenho pena de perceber que não há um olhar atento e cuidadoso que vá mantendo as instalações em boas condições.

Goede ligging

Cons:

Veel te duur en vergane glorie. We moesten ook 25€ betalen voor ons hondje en hij mocht nergens mee naartoe in de gemeenschappelijke delen. Geen 4 sterren waard.

A great place to visit the castles and palaces of Sintra
Pros:

The hotel has two key advantages:
- Location – right in the heart of Sintra (a minute's walk to the Royal Palace, the central square, restaurants, and shops)
- Underground parking available (for an additional fee)
And, of course, a stunning view from the balcony of the ocean, the valley with castles, and the city below, but this depends on the accommodation option you choose.
Although our room was a superior room, it wasn't particularly large, nor was the bathroom. It had the basic amenities, as well as a coffee machine and minibar. We were replenished with coffee capsules and a bottle of water every day.
Breakfast was very good, varied, and fresh.
Reception is open 24 hours a day.
Communication and check-in were adequate.
Overall, a very positive, stress-free experience. Ideal for visiting Sintra.
