Wonderful experience
Pros:

View from the balcony was beautiful. The location is the best, right in the Center of the town. We were able to park our car in front of the the hotel, very convenient and safe

No check-in atribuíram um quarto que ainda não estava limpo. Na atribuição do quarto correto a banheira não estava devidamente higienizada e os lençóis/colcha estavam manchados

Gute Lage im Zentrum, ruhig.

Cons:

Zufahrt mühsam. Garage extrem teuer (25). Terassentüre defekt.

Pleasant stay but let down by some poor housekeeping
Pros:

Location was great and the communal area was lovely. Nice to have a balcony and with a great view.

Cons:

Hotel lets itself by poor housekeeping, which could be easily rectified. We would have appreciated for someone to come in each day to provide refreshed drinking glasses, coffee cups, capsules and on. Beds were not made up and bathroom not cleaned. Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Sintra
Pros:

Struttura in centro a Sintra, ideale per visitare tutte le attrazioni del luogo. Camera e bagno grandi e luminosi. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo fatto colazione e cena in struttura, ma abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio coperto ed è stato molto comodo.

Cons:

La struttura e gli arredi sono un po' datati.
Pulizia un po' superficiale della camera e del bagno.
