Dringend bessere Kommunikation erforderlich.
Pros:

Zimmer gut und sauber, Frühstück war auch der Kategorie angemessen.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist und während unserer Aufenthaltsdauer auch das Schwimmbad. Von einem 4-Sterne-Haus hätte ich erwartet vorher darüber informiert zu werden. In dieser Kategorie ist das ein No-Go und verprellt Gäste für weitere Aufenthalte.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück aber abends um 18.30 h kein Personal an der Rezeption

Freundlichkeit des Personals am morgen, Zimmer sind sehr gut, Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war um 18.30 h nicht besetzt, nur das Sicherheitspersonal war telefonisch erreichbar, hat mich dann aber nach wiederholtem Nachfragen weggedrückt. Das geht gar nicht. Wir wussten nicht, wo die Fahrräder abstellen, da kein Personal da war.

Gute Ausstattung und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das hotel scheint in einem Umbruch zu sein. Daher waren einige Dinge nicht verfügbar. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat viel davon wettgemacht. Für uns war das geschlossene Restaurant nicht relevant. Der Anruf auf der Autobahn, dass uns niemand empfangen würde, aber per Mail ein Zugangscode geliefert würde, klang komplizierter, als es letztlich war. Das Frühstück war wirklich Klasse. Zimmer sauber. Ausstattung, vor allem in der Dusche war auch gut. Für uns hat es gepasst.

Fijn hotel, centrale ligging, maar rare ontvangst (hotel was gesloten).
Pros:

Fijne kamer met airco (was buiten 36°C), lekker ontbijt en zeer vriendelijke receptie-meneer.

Cons:

Er was niemand bij aankomst... Hotel was op slot en de hal donker. Gelukkig was er nét een andere gast die ons binnen liet en ons wees op een envelop die klaar lag (met pasjes).

Verder let op: het zwembad op de foto's is niét van het hotel. Vind het een beetje misleidend om die foto tussen de kamerfoto's te zetten.

En het hotelrestaurant & terras zijn gesloten.
